Thank you sir, had a ps4 stuck in demo mode and using the HEN exploit which gave me a debug menu which allowed me to turn off IDU mode. i did this under version 5.05. Lots of misdirection out there, this is exactly what i needed.

I had an updated 5.55 fw console but I selled that console, due the lack of downgrading, bought a new one with 4.73 fw, updated with 5.05 and its great now. Playing Assassins Creed Origins perfectly.

Iexcellent channel, thanks to you I got the ps4 jailbreak, I didnt know it was possible until last week, not I know how to do it in 3 ways, thru the system here, it works but your system still connected to the internet (you never know who is gonna try to use your box, a friend trying to get into online and he may do funny things, 2- thru the android app, same issue. 3 get the ESP8266 install the hack, disconnect the cable, no one is gonna use your system. I believe the thirs option to be the best one.

yes they will show a lock icon on them and when you click on it a pop up will appear saying that purchase it from the store.... only fake pkg games will work.... you can download working games from either extreme modding or from downloadgameps3

i have two slim, one is on 4.55 and other is on 5.55. keep your 5.50 slim as it is just don't download any update on it. and their is one more method you can downgrade 5.55 slim too, i heard there is one method.
Asean Ballad there will be in a year or so. It depends on when they have a higher one. On ps4 I'm pretty sure that they have a system that keeps jailbreaking off on the current firmware. But on older firmware they don't care about it.

Hi, i just updated my console from 4.55 to 5.05, used your other video to remove the update blocker (ftp client, deleted both directory) and the update was successful. Im using the same internet connection setting as you (double checked both dns settings) but when im opening the user guide or web browser both asking me to connect to the psn. For the connection im using a hotspot (iphone) because no broadband atm, and when its checking the NAT type its “failed” all the time. Any advice or idea how could i sort this out? Thanks in advance
UPDATE: So since nothing worked i’ve just done a full initialize from the safe menu, wiped everything then reinstalled the whole system and now it’s working like a charm.

Hi, noob question. When clicking on Mira from time to time, it tells me its awaiting payload. Can you explain what a payload is. I have downloaded a payload sender on my phone, but still unsure what a payload is. If you could help, that would be great!
Just add the dns adresss and youre all set no need to update or anything since youre already in 5.05
Djlaw56 actually the problem is whenever i turn on the ps4 it asked if i want to install the the update file and its scaring me the fact that its still on download
Use an FTP, find your I.P address under network on your PS4, put that in your FTP. Use the port 1337.. Delete the two update files. Have a look on youtube for deleting update files. Im on mac so i use Filezilla

A lot of us are/will own new PS4s with new hard drives. Could we just flash the 5.05 firmware when formatting the hard drive. And is there a tutorial for that?
HEN is NOT a custom firmware, it's installed through webkit, not through system update. Though you can just swap ur harddrive the usual way, just make sure to use 5.05 update for recovery, after that you can run the xploit
The firmware is not on the hard drive, it is on a nand
Thanks for the replied. When installing a new hard drive don't you need to install a firmware version (equal or higher than the one the console was using). I know that there is no CFW i was referring to making a full tutorial on this process for upgrading to 5.05 with a new hard drive and then jailbraking which should be the same as in this tutorial.
Does anyone know from where I can find a recovery file 5.05 that is needed for a new HDD? Never mind found the recovery image when going to the first website in the video description

I just purchased a 3.55 PS4 and before I updated to 5.05, I wanted to ensure I can access the web browser to utilize the exploit. on the User guide on 3.55 it does not allow me to access an outside browser like Google per your first video of 1.76 webkit. Should I update to 5.05 first and then try to access the web-browser?

1 Am about to buy a ps4 that's on version 4.73 Obviously i Can update to 5.05 and jailbreak it So .. is using this video enough.. Cuz iv watched some of his other videos where he says its necessary to use parental block to prevent auto download for the updates.
2 if the ps4 has an update that's ready to install say 5.55 that's self downloaded. is using the ftp to remove it enough to safe my ps4 being updated

You can do this on any PS4 so long as its at or below firmware version 5.05
MODDED WARFARE Im pretty sure mines updated beyond 5.05. Its on loan atm. Is it worth trying to find a 5.05 one do u reckon? Or should I maybe not update mine for a few months and wait? I can go without being online if it means hacking it eventually. Will there def be a 5.55 hack? or whatever the latest firmware is. Cause I'm blown away by this. I thought hacking your ps4 meant opening it up and soldering but dang this is almost as easy as hacking a Wii.

I think your forgetting most people will be on official Sony software doing this bro lol.Now I'm lost.There is no exploit at the user menu and when I go to use the web browser (for whatever reason,as you didn't say what to do once you get there) it just wants me to update from 5.05 to the latest firmware in order to sign in to psn.edit; I guess that's "whats new" there isn't even a web browser.Which of course,you didn't inform your viewer would totally screw them over if they did! well I restarted the PS4 and went back to that crackbargains505k site and it finally worked.Said I was "all set" now,no thanks again to this vid,I have to go scouring the web some more cus he didn't say what to do next/where to go and get whatever emulators/backup managers or whatever to run emu's or backups.Just left us hanging again.Man I sure hope someone makes a decent vid for people soon.

I'm new to this and have a few questions.
1. I have a used PS4 Pro Destiny 2 bundle with the latest System update, can I still use this jailbreak or do I need a higher one?
2. Can I transfer content from my Pc to the PS4 and vice versa with this? There are a few mods I want but Sony refuses to realease them on the PS4.
3.Can you get caught with this and if so how harsh is the penalty?
Do you always have to enable Mira for playing games or it's only when you have to install pakage file. The reason I'm asking is that I have successfully Installed the exploit but I can see that you always have to enable Mira to enable debug menu after rebooting which is sad as it would have been great if debug menu is permanantly on even when you reebot, I don't have big usb and due to PS4 game size it will take some time to download a game. Please tell me you can play game without enabling anything.

Just a question. Is this method speciffically for systems that had been jailbroken before, or is the process of using the payloads from the DNS addresses IS the jailbreaking process? So lets say, if I'm already on 5.05 then the only thing I need to configure the primary and secondary dns? Or I can just type the address in the browser to access the payloads directly?
And one last thing, do I need an active internet connection everytime I want to access the payloads?
