Many thanks for this. It is a posthumous arrangement of the surviving sketch from 1945. Karel wrote it in Pankrác prison after he had been arrested by the Nazis. He had to use even pieces of toilet paper and the work has survived thanks to a helpful guard. The sketch was instrumented by František Hertl, the double bass player of the Czech Nonet to which the work is dedicated.

Although it would seem that this is the version orchestrated by Vaclav Snitil, not the version by Hertl.
