They were lucky to beat North Dakota State. I remember last year he said this is the worst we’re gonna be. And he has all these new guys come in to replace the guys that he said last year we weren’t good enough to play for him, and they still could be easily 0-2 right now.

Huskers and fans been happy w/2024 season start. After eons of losing seasons, getting beat by nearly all opponents. It's good been winning again. Buffs loss isn't prophetic of anything other than 1 game loss. Both teams likely have successful year ahead.

I got to hand it to Coach Sanders in this press conference. he sounds like he really has a good attitude about the loss to Nebraska, no giving shallow excuses but seeing something to build on going forward. I thought Deion analyzed the game honestly from his perspective I hated all the penalties to, it seemed I they were trying to make up for all the penalties against Colorado in the first half, and I hate that for what could have been a better overall game. I thought Nebraska stopped being aggressive in their play calling by not throwing down field more. We have to continue to run our offense if we’re going to continue to get better. We have been losing a lot of years and can’t afford to let up on nobody. I think we should play 4 running backs until someone distinguishes them selves. We have 2 running backs that could be better than one of the two that played. Glad we won convincingly, defense looked great.

Us fans need to be humble, we know what its like to be down and constantly rebuilding, the whole game i was saying theyd be so much better with a tougher O line. Lets just hope they actually are a good team and we are just that much more improved than them 😂
“I have no idea” is not the answer you want to hear from a head coach. The opponent is dominating and you can’t analyze what it is they’re doing and at least try to adapt to what they’re scheming. “We just never got it going” is not an analysis of defense. With all due respect to the fans of Colorado. Your program needs to hang up the trash talking from the 80s/90s, stop trying to be the cool school, and move on. Hire a solid coach, build a program with a good foundation, and aim to compete in the Big 12. If Colorado lost every game and beat Nebraska they’d call the season a success. If Nebraska beat Colorado and lost every other game, they’d call the season a failure. That is the difference in the culture of the programs. Let go of the hatred and start building.

Nebraska beat Coach Prime in prime time so safe to say NU holds the “Prime Time” title. The NCAA does everything it can (penalties called & not called) to preserve the hype (i.e., money) surrounding Deion Sanders but it is obvious he was a great player but a bad coach.
