    Laser Drill - An enemy Laser Drill constantly attacks player units within enemy vision.
    Outbreak - Enemy Infested Terrans spawn continuously around the map.
    Orbital Strike - Enemy Orbital Strikes are periodically fired throughout the map.

    You never ever want to put down monolith outside the base. The entires commander’s strength relies on those monolith and it regenerates very slowly if you lose them. They not only provide basics upgrade but also provide very strong ability for your units, top bar and hero.
    Some example ability that monolith provides are : Adept revive if they have full energy, fully regenerate shield for zealot for 25 energy, tempest top bar can use storm nuke, warp prism have aura that make your units immune to spell and environmental damage (including orbital strike), archon nukes when they dies.

    Why not make a coop commander tier list in general

      I think he does it only for mutations because each commander has their own strengths depending on the mutations and wouldn’t be fair to do a general tier list. But tbh I get a general idea when I watch a couple of tier lists I know which commanders r mid and which r op
