We all know scorpio previous had 0 star safety. So company is nowhere wrong, driver should be cautious while buying such cars . But sad reality is indians do not care about safety . This is why Suzuki is largest selling car brand in India with 50% market share

You just need to explain tata that giving a 1 year free warrenty will not do anything this can cause someone dying and nowadays I am hearing many problems from tata's new facelift cars.

TATA motors आप अपने after sale service में सुधार करो मैं कई सालों से देख और सुन रहा हूँ आपकी service ठीक नहीं करके । इस तरह की service problem आते रहे तो मेरा जो लेने का प्लान है वो change करना पडेगा ।
With growing vehicle on road Tata should appoint authorized service centers like Maruti Suzuki dedicated exclusively for service. This not only will lower the burden on existing sales oriented dealers but will be a great help for Tata vehicle owners and will be a win win situation for the Company and customers.
Valid point!! It will also help TATA admit real mechanics and technicians at the job...instead of random people who don't even know the basics of their own company's cars and are appointed at Existing Service Centers.✌️👍

In S.korea, People buy their domestic brand products not just bcuz they our indigenous but also bcuz the also serve Great aftersales service. BUT here in Bharat, it is not 100% same. Hm toh Indigenous companies ko support krte h but yehi companies h jo customers ko value nhi krti...Inhi ki vjah se india me Import duties, Cess, etc. are so heavy on anything we import(in auto sector I mean)...itna kuch just for their market share but still ye customers ki ZERO value krte h! It is shameful, Taali 1 haath se kbhi ni bjti! I Wish itni hmare desh ki companies me itni akkal ajaye bs ki customers ko value krna kitna jruri h!

Prateek that’s the problem. Everywhere service guys wait for things to escalate and then they react. We really feel our Indian companies should make the services better than sales. These days X (Twitter), Instagram Reels and UA-cam videos are only ways to report case as there official ways doesn’t get enough traction.

Not sure iif tat was really issue, if it was rhen Its purely lack of skill from SC and common sense, did they check battery voltage when they had problem ? Did they connected another battery and tested ? Before towing.

Tata is bit better than mahindra in terms of service. But overall both are bad. Talking about air conditioner I had a terrible experience with voltas service, now I need it for my new flat. This time I not at all considering voltas.

What is the quality control of these OEMs? Need to replace a battery and coupler within 2 days after delivery.
Customer posts it on social media from days then finally it gets highlighted in UA-cam and some news sites and then tata does there job. Great service by tata 🤡

My Tata Safari also had stopped working but jump start did the job for me and their road side service guy suggested me to get this battery replaced.
The service centre surely helped me a lot with this issue though.

I've also committed by Tata motors and dealer for extended warranty but all of everyone failed to deliver, however I'm driving safely ultimately the owner has to suffer.
Hiii Prateek Ji. I am also using Tata Nexon dark edition. Tata ki batteries mein bhaut jyaada problems aarhi hai. Meri gaadi 15000kms chli h and 6 months hue hai. Battery khraab hogyi and tata ne replace krdi 3 din mein. Also service center provided me with a stand alone battery for next 3 days. But issue resolved. Thanks to Tata motors prompt action.
Doesn't work for everyone.... All tata and mahindra are same....only UA-camrs cars are repaired properly by tata and mahindra.. All tata and mahindra cars comes in defects from production department itself...
