Yes! My mentally handicapped elderly uncle has diabetes. My Dad took over care of him after mom passed last year (she's my uncle's sister.) One day Dad checked his toenails for trimming when I was there... My uncle's toenails were CRAZY and one looked like a seashell! My Dad's toenails looked like a WEREWOLF! They both finally went and got some good Foot Care thank goodness😵
