I have just realized that emotions that I don't want to feel overwhelm me. All feelings are overwhelming and have to be pushed down. Dissociate and numb out. So I do this to not be controlled by my emotions but by doing this my emotions control me completely!

Anger is absolutely not allowed according to my conditioning. Being happy slips by now and again but as soon as I become conscious (1-2sek)that I'm feeling a feeling the alarm bells go off and my brain starts a lot of thoughts. Am I safe? Am I doing this right? Am I allowed to be happy? Where is the danger? There is a danger, I just haven't found it yet. I am overwhelmed by this feeling of happiness and I don't know what to do with it!

First accept that emotion! Emotion is simply e-nergy in motion so breathe deeply through the stress & keep on breathing as you follow your diaphragm rising then falling… now change your thought to something you enjoy or love 💗 a pet or a particular place like a beach where you can remember a soothing sensation, so stay with this pleasant feeling until you’re calmer. If you can repeat this process then each time it gets easier to breathe & switch thinking to a good emotion 😉 you’re stronger than you know because you are a survivor but you’ll soon be a thriver 👍 there’s a beautiful life ahead! You’re in charge of everything that you now choose to experience!

“Let’s get out of here now. Let’s get out of here, early..” really struck a chord with me.
Yes I am a survivor of Complex Trauma for sure

Wow you are the best. Thanks ❤.
I have seen and heard from all the other experts but its like they never get to the roots. They are like those tree trimmers who trim just enough to make the landscape look better but do it in a way to guarantee that they will constantly have to return to trim again and again. 😂

Autistic people are wired in a way that makes them more anxious due to being over sensitive I’m autistic and was born in 1951 I was in mental hospital for years .The demands on my behavior and the shaming for being different created complex trauma .I also reacted badly to medication .Made my sensory problems worse and more anxiety Getting an autism diagnoses when i was 40 was like being forgiven of a big sin

Getting deeply hurt by love itself.
    As i was and witnessed.
I still keep running from love. Especially when it's out of my control.
My Sis' and me,we never wanting to be children again. We learnt to live as kinda mature adults.
But we need healing for sure.
I am this classic i have no fear person.
Since realising no adult can hurt me anymore freedom got the better of me. But it is a loonly road...

I'm not trying to "heal" from massive C-PTSD. I just want to live without emotional pain.
I'm actually achieving this smaller goal.

Maybe dissolving them again and again but just seeing them and going full in. The more I make myself face it, the more it looses its grip or even reality.
On true issues - used by anxiety to attach itself to - we can then work with a relaxed mind or simply live with the reality of it without getting consumed by it and not be really alive.

its luck, it's me just being at the right place at the right time. I met a financial and trading consultant at a seminar back at Los Angeles later last year, where she was featured and interviewed and I reached out to her afterwards.
Her name is Laura Bledsoe, I didn't know much about trading and investing so I spoke to her about it, she then later introduced me to her platform where I and other people could invest.
