I love the zve1, bought one with the 20mm for family vlogs

I'm considering picking up the 16 mm 1.8 from viltrox. I've had this camera for 2 days and I think I'm sold on it.

@@khanceptbelal nice, I found the 20 mm to be the perfect sweet spot, not too wide and not too tight for daily logging. If you get the 16 make a video about it and let me know how it goes.

@@eidfilms I feel like with the dynamic active stabilization feature on the ZVE1 might need something a little bit wider. I shot this with a 16 mm adapted tokina lens on the a7c couple years back ua-cam.com/video/DdYyi0GUCD0/v-deo.html - after digital stabilization I had an effective field of view of about maybe 18 mm. And I feel like for this sort of content where I'm chasing my kid around it is the perfect field of view.

I love my zve 1, has more features at anything of the price around it. As far as frame rates, and the auto focus is amazing and low light is a beast.

sir, I'd love a review of your 14-20, you're one of the only active creatives with the lens. Thank you!

Will consider it. In short, I think for anyone that actively is using EF mount or adapting EF mount lenses then it is a must-have in the tool kit. It has almost full coverage at the 20 mm end at f2 on full frame. It is sharp enough to pair with the sigma 18-35. It's autofocusing mechanism is quieter than the tokina 11-16 mm. It's almost silent in fact. It's the perfect lens to use paired with a focal reducer when mounting on the 5D Mark 3. Or EOSM with magic lantern since there is a heavy crop on those. I've taken this lunch with me pretty much anytime. I've traveled regardless of what body I've brought with me. I think the perfect travel combo to bring with this lens is the 40 mm f2.8 with a focal reducer on a crop sensor camera. My travel kit typically consists of the 14-20 on the wide and 80-400 for telephoto. The prime that I take with me in transit will be dependent on the body. So if it's Canon it'll be the 40 mm f2.8 and if it's the Sony then I'll have a 28 mm f2.

this is exactly what I was looking for, I've been looking for something to pair with my R50, and knowing that I can use it at 20mm on my R6 is awesome. Thank you brother. @@khanceptbelal
