BOLU MENTEGA LEMBAB LEGIT LEMBUT

200 gram Margarin (Blue Band)
100 gram Butter (Hollman)
6 Butir Telur (berat total 380-400 gram)
160 gram Gula Halus (kuning telur 100 gr + putih telur 60 gr)
160 gram Tepung Protein Rendah (Kunci Biru)
40 gram Susu Bubuk (Vatpro)
2 sdm (40 gram) Coklat Bubuk (Bordeaux)
Loyang ukuran 20x20 cm

160 grams of Refined Sugar (100 gr egg yolks + 60 gr egg whites)
160 gram Low Protein Flour (Blue Key)
40 grams of Powdered Milk (Vatpro)
2 tbsp (40 grams) Cocoa Powder (Bordeaux)
Baking pan size 20x20 cm
