  • In this video I'll show you how to make beef finger ribs on a Traeger Grills Pro 780 pellet grill. Beef finger ribs are also known as beef finger bones or beef back ribs. These are very similar to the dino or short ribs but generally have less meat, take less time to cook but, are much less expensive! This makes these ribs a tasty and affordable meal!

    This is the video I needed to see I always do pork spare ribs and just recently fell in love with smoking beef short ribs now I beef back ribs and had no idea how to cook them now that I watched this I feel confident that my ribs are going to be as delicious as yours

    Killer cook once more G! Frankly speaking I've never tried this type of ribs, so now u got me wondering if my butcher can get em for me

    If there is a membrane on the back would you keep it on and/or score it or would you remove it?

      I’d keep it on for all beef ribs. They hold the meat in place so if you pull it, the meat could fall off the bone, and not in a tender meat type of way. Scoring it would be fine as well but I wouldn’t remove it.

      They really have. These weren’t so bad though, about $25 for the rack and plenty of meat on them.
