Not only its in masculine form, but also it should be in Instrumental case and its not. She should have said: "Jestem Polką" No native speaker would have make that mistake.
Ukrainian folk costumes are similar, but women there wear pencil skirts while Polish skirts are always wide. However, both Polish costume from Kraków region and Ukrainian has red boots.
