    Looks like a beater version of the Kubey Dandy V2 that comes in titanium. Definitely not as premium but it’s 1/5 the price so completely understandable.

    I been eying this knife for awhile and messed with it at Walmart a few times and also the wurtdig but im torn if i should get this or something else. Its definitely a nice knife for the price.... and well built. I can tell you one thing thow my local Walmart ive had 3-4 guys that work there in sporting goods and the auto shop that carry both and they swear by this knife and the wurtdig that they are great knives and they told me they recommend them.

      I have grown very fond of the gerundet and still carry it to this day. I recently tried out the wurdig which I liked initially but returned because the blade would not stay centered. It's also not the easiest knife to take apart and maintain. The only other knife at walmart that might be worth checking out is the new ozark trail in d2 steel with the crossbar lock. It was just released like a week ago I think and only costs $10. Hope this helps!

      I've been eyeing the wurdig. I like the green but I have been searching for the one with black scales. I think they also had a limited edition with with white scales which looks awesome. Definitely more than just a beater knife.

      @joshuawesteros5345 5 місяців тому +1

      They certainly have some quality knives. Not made with fancy steels and all but I don’t really care. I just like the affordability, paying 450+ for nice knives got old. Most American made shit is marked up in brand recognition alone(not all, some are absolutely top tier). Comparing these knives to a brand like case, Ontario, etc the Swiss tech come out on top.

    I’ve been looking at getting a knife like this since it and my wallet would have to share my front pocket. Might try either this for $30, or spend a few extra dollars for a CRKT CEO for $45.

      Look into a Ruike P801-SF. It's bigger than both of these but I have daily carried it for years at work and it disappears in your pocket. Can't beat it for $30. Used, abused and still like new

      @@robg836 Whole point of trying the slim knives is to give me more room to get my wallet in to and out of my pocket. I'm tired of reaching in to get my wallet and having to wrestle my knife out of the way. If I wanted a normal sized knife, I'd just stick with the Kershaw that I'm currently rocking. But thank you for the suggestion, that Ruike is a nice looking piece.

    • @robg836
      @robg836 9 місяців тому +1

      Yea I know. I'm just saying, I've tried a lot of knives over the years combined with the wallet and this one just seems to be designed perfectly and tucks itself into the pocket. Even more so than ones that are smaller and "slimmer". At the end of the day, if you're using a knife with a pocket clip, you will notice it. And how slim do you go before it's uncomfortable to use therefore making it impractical. Thats my experience anyway, that or a traditional knives...Which is a fun little thing to get into. Keep searching till you find that what ya like. @@JanitorJay83
