With very little effort, you can prepare this 2.5 kg leg of turkey without any effort.

Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
approx. 2.5kg turkey leg/turkey leg
2-3 tablespoons softened butter
3-4 cloves of garlic, halved
Total Spices:
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika powder
Bake at 210°C/convection for 2 hours and then leave to rest for 30 minutes, then cut.
