I just found your tutorials recently. I like your teaching style and the "idiot proof" paperwork is very helpful. I've watched this
lesson and part 1 about 20 times in the last 5 days. I've been trying to play guitar for 40 years and I never thought I'd be able to play Classical Gas but with your assistance I might just get there (well the parts of the song you've posted anyway). Many thanks for your efforts.

Oops, I made a daft mistake. The final Am bar chord is at the 5th fret. (I played it at the 5th but said it was at the 4th). All correct on the paperwork so make sure you download it.
I eagerly await part 3. I love your new song and accompanying video.

Hey Rob, I have been slowly learning Classical Gas for a year or so, (slow learner-beginner). i just discovered your site and found Classical Gas. You make it look so easy. Will go through your lessons. I hope that yours will be the same as the tabs I have been using. I am guessing that I will progress faster with your lessons. Keep up the good work.

Rob. Love your kind and gentle approach to teaching. Learned your Moon River ... took me about 2 months but can now play it with hardly stumbling. Have spent hours on YOUR Classical Gas tutorial. You are the only one I found that can play the third part like Mason. Been dying to learn this since it came out on the radio (yeah, I'm that old!). Please show us the 3rd part?!

I have always wanted to play this, thank you so much. New strings on, this afternoon I will start to practise this on my classical. I found you yesterday as I have a 12 String (just re strung) and looked up ‘wish you were here’. I haven’t played for a very long time and I’m not at all great but you have inspired me.
Today my fingers hurt like hell but I’m well happy!

Thank you so much, Rob! Classical Gas is a song that I fell in love with the first time I heard it (long, long ago) and I think partially inspired me to pick up a guitar. Rob you are an absolute legend. Your whole approach is refreshing and personable. I love it that you spend time on the count, and also correct fingering. As you say, you don't get that from tablature. Please, please may we see Pt 3 of this amazing piece? Cheers from Mudjimba Beach, Queensland!

Great piece and great lesson as usual Rob. I have the sheet music somewhere from years ago but only ever worked out the first part so this is exactly what I needed to take me that bit further along. Nice to see you are back in the studio as well.
