      I love that shirt. I would hang it on the wall as a reminder to be nice to others and train hard, like John did.

    This is teaching relates to natural not drug enhancement. Thank you John

    • @the_notorious_bas
      @the_notorious_bas 3 місяці тому +1

      Has nothing to do with being natural of enhanced. We all need to train hard for results.

    • @Steve0thegreat
      @Steve0thegreat 3 місяці тому +2

      Natural and enhanced training is the same. Progress may not be the same. Recovery isn’t the same. That is it.

    I hate being fatigued I think I’m there right now, I usually do 125lbs of Tricep machine push downs and I’m only at 110lbs that feel like the 125lbs I usually do, on top of that I aggravated my rotator cuff again and that throws me off everywhere,

  • @chrisrobinson82

    What about the Pec Fly machine. Isn't the main function of the pec to bring the arm in towards oneself.....

    • @DrDeusExMachina
      @DrDeusExMachina 3 місяці тому

      The strongest function of the pec, not the main function. There are many powerful adductors of the humerus. The main function is humeral flexion in internal rotation.

    What exericses would you recommend to grow chest and shoulders if a person has shoulder impingement in both shoulders? 🥲
    I've currently been doing wide chest press machine (hammer strength) standing SA landmine press, low to high cable row and lateral raise with thumb facing
