FP-10 has Grand Piano 1, 2, 3, 4 but FP-30X has Concert Piano, Ballad, Mellow, Bright, and Upright. Does that mean if I am interested in Grand Pianos, I should get the FP-10?
1:06 what is the name of the song please? Thx 4 the upload!
Chopin?
Hi Flexiblelip, thanks for your reaction, the music I play are all improvisations. There are no songnames just worktitles.
Musical Greetings, Menno Beijer
@@OostendorpMusic Great
I was going to ask the same!! Lol
I love it! Great job, and thank u for the video
I have this same stage piano. I am well pleased with it. It's just proves why the Roland brand is still number 1 in the business
Actually, Yamaha is number one. They don't even sell Rolands in parts of the UK because no-one buys thr crap.
@@Pe6ek I also have a Yahama
Not a stage piano.
@@roveism What??
The FP 10 has a flaw with annoying clicking sounds
Hi, excellent vídeo, which key action is faster, more responsive and confortable between this and Kawai ES7?... Thanks!...
@@andrewwexler4779 And between FP10 and ES110?.
@@andrewwexler4779 But why you says than ES110 is better than ES7, if it is an entry level key action vs a high end ones?..., and what do you think about Kawai ES8, Yamaha P515 and Roland FP90?. Thanks a lot!.
Did U rec rhe sound directly or using soundcard?
If using soundcard, what did u use?
Kan je de Roland fp 10 verbinden met een versterker?
Does it have transposition?
it has a dual sound
Hi Bayu, thanks for the reaction, and yes you can layer sounds with the FP10. Musical Greetings, Menno Beijer
Can all of the sounds, rhythms, tempos, volumes, splits and layers be controlled on the fp10 from the piano partner app?
Hi Dennis, you can set all the things wich are on the FP-10 also on the Piano Partner app. The app recognizes wich type Roland piano is connected. Musical greetings, Menno Beijer
1:15 can someone tell me the name of the piano tone here? Maybe it is not the words on the screen?
its the best sounding right??? 😮
Thank you
Thank you!
You are welcome, musical greetings,
Menno Beijer
i want to know the 3rd song's title
Hi, Thanks for your response, the music I play is improvised on my own themes and only have a working title.
Musical Greeting, Menno Beijer
@@OostendorpMusic wow that's amazing =D
Don't ever EVER get a Roland with the PHA-4 action. It's utterly terrible, noisy, poorly made and incredibly slow. I have had 5 FP10s and they were all shit. Now Roland has told me the clicking and misaligned mechanical parts is to be expected!! What?? Goodbye Roland. Forever
@@DanielSekovski I'm probably going to go with a Yamaha p515. Only, the pads don't seem to be sustainable, which is putting my purchase on hold at the moment. But really, the fp10 and fp30 are to be aboided.
@@DanielSekovski Come on man, the Yamaha is way more expensive. This Roland model is meant to be budget friendly. So if you have no problem spending more the P515 is obviously a better choice.
I have fixed the action myself by using pieces of soft felt for each of the 88 keys. It's actually pretty easy fix, I'm not sure why it was designed like that in the first place. Still I'm a kind of person who loves to tweak things and I see no problem with it, the action is quiet now. I can see no problem with modifying the internal speaker in the future, they're almost the same as the ones I have in my car, I could spend 50-60$ on two Bose speakers. The FP10 is 2 or 3 times cheaper than the Yamaha.
But yeah, I see your point, not everyone wants do do this kind of things, they just want to have something that is decent from the start and that is fine. I'm just saying that if you put some effort into the FP10 then it becomes a great and cheap alternative.
@@thebadogre9996 That's impressive, congratulations. I was thinking about that myself, but after realizing that it's not just a contact problem between the keys and the chassis, but the parts of the keys themselves I gave up. Also, they are still very slow at repetitions, I wonder if putting springs underneath would help 😂😂😂
We bought this FP-10 for about less than a year and suddenly it has no sound. How to fix this issue?
