I'm really glad Mark gave her a second chance and open to negotiate several times cause which shows he really believes in her business idea.

Mark has human sympathy. I also found out that he uses a lot of products from start ups which is very good !

I think she was confused when Mark asked her to negotiate? How you gonna increase valuation from 10m to 12m when the shark didn't even want to negotiate in the first place? LOL. Fortunate Mark gave her a rare second chance.
The deal didn't close. I don't know how she didn't think mark was the perfect partner, but I suspect it had something to do with Mark wanting kids from all backgrounds to participate, and she just wants money from rich kids. She now has a "computer class" that costs kids $400!!!

I remember hearing Cuban say in the past numerous times that if someone is going to give up a great deal over $50k, then they deserve to lose. This clip proves that he lives by that. She upped it by $50k, and he immediately jumped on it because he believes in it.
That statement you made is a literal contradiction, If 50k mattered to him then he would have told her im out because 500k for 11 percent is not good enough ur willing to ruin this deal over 50k more. Clearly she didnt lose and did the opposite of what you just said Mark did.
