  • Looking to tone your glutes? This workout is for you. We will focus on the bottom for an hour! No glute muscle will be left behind.
    Level: Intermediate
    Props: No Props Needed
    *Prenatal clients should use extra caution with balance work as balance will change quickly during pregnancy. Prenatal Clients should omit the semi-circle. Prenatal clients will need to do any supine work (laying on the back) on a wedge after 16 weeks as supine work is contraindicated after that point.
