Try Magnesium 500mg daily everyone. I had headaches throughout the day since a long time. No medication helped me. Only magnesium helped me

i wish I could, i have crhonic pain for 17 years now. but I live in brazil, most of treatments or medicines arent avaliable or too expensive. its basicly impossible to obtain it. its pain 24/7. But I wish you lucky, do anything u can and tell me if it worked. I hope i still here.
