You guys never heard of Doc Love? He was a relationship expert who became really popular in the early 2000's. He was THE first relationship expert to revolutionize men's dating by stressing the concept of not appearing needy. Back then cell phones weren't as huge as they are now comparatively speaking, but Doc Love stressed the importance of minimizing contact with a woman and appearing aloof. For example, if a woman gave you her number or you went on her with a date, never call her back immediately or even the next day. Wait at least a week before calling her back. He had other variations of this theme, including no gifts on dates and no "I love you's," the main idea being never appearing needy or eager to please a woman. I certainly like and appreciate this channel and the information given, but there was certainly similar advice decades ago like I pointed out. It is nothing new.

This is a great channel... why? The advice is backed by science. There's no gimmick in this advice. And I've seen it all. But back to my main point.. advice backed by science is fact based... so it's highly focused on what you can actually change in a measurable way.
Here is my communications policy for women I am sleeping with: give a minimal amount of security and emotional validation via text - she can text and send 10 minute rambling voice messages all she wants, and those are cute, but my job is to filter through all the crap and focus on the important parts - logistics. I avoid discussing feelings or problems any more than is necessary, and stay focused on our future plans. I am not obligated to respond to every question or topic she brings up - I just choose the ones that relate to logistics and planning, and respond to them.
When we are together in an intimate space; then she gets the pillow talk and the mushy stuff - feelings, problems, whatever, but only face to face. It is direct, and real, and far more emotionally stimulating than any text you could send. This makes it clear to her that if she wants the good stuff, she has to earn it by showing up and getting into bed. If you are texting a girl 100 times a day with love hearts and smiley faces, you are cutting the chase and giving up the validation for free, and she will naturally come to see your affection as cheap and worthless. Before long she will be pulling away and you will find yourself demoted to the friend zone with all the other chumps on her contacts list.

If after 1 text message she doesn't respond wait awhile but if you never hear back sometimes it takes another text message or 2 before she responds.
