Love your what I eat in a day videos. Can you talk about portion sizes or calories? It’s good to eat healthy but no one talks about over eating healthy food can also lead to weight gain.

Hopefully this isn't a strange question...but how do you manage your portion sizes? Do you always/often finish the food you serve yourself? I feel guilty when I don't, like I'm being wasteful. But also, do you follow 'intuitive eating'? I find myself eating either not enough or too much...
There's never any pressure you "finish your plate" if you aren't intuitively feeling it. Sometimes, I've left 1-2 bites left on a plate and don't feel bad because I didn't want to finish it, so I didn't. On one perspective, leaving a bite or two can feel wasteful, yes (put it in a container, compost, feed to pets if you can) but on the other hand, you're listening to your body and practicing LISTENING to it. Intuitive eating is a practice, and you can practice it through every meal and snack :)
you can keep your leftovers in the fridge if you don’t finish your plate. it’s ok. listen to your body. eating shouldn’t be stressful 🫶🏻

Hold off on fillings and try to recover your teeth. Use a red light, vitamin k2, and arnica. I used vitamin k2 in the dosing that dr. Steven Lin says. He has some podcasts on saving your teeth that are already decaying. He's a functional dentist. It's like a double vitamin k1 and k2 dose daily try it for like a month and see if they go away. Mary Ruth has some good drops.
