Enough for the hype you guys created, for relaunching a same old school scooter ( og 450) with some tweeks , and price, do you think its justified?? Its price ? Too much Creative is not healthy, do something value for money, not entirely for profit, 2.9kw for 1.5L is a big joke ,
They just wanted a good customer base at first which is why they sold good scooters at a small price , and now after a good customer base , they just inflate prices .

I had went to book an Ather, and for a family person 450s was a good option. 1.3L was a good price. But later they said it will cost another 15k for pro pack.
I thought of not taking the pro pack. But it contained the extended warranty, the live tracking features etc.
After which i asked him the 0-100% time taken for full charge. 8Hrs. Its very time consuming.
If i sleep at 12 and wake up at 6 the scooter would be only around 80% charged.
And I cannot charge my scooter in night during sleep. If rain comes thats another problem to solve
The power grid can charge your scooter in an hour charging around 60-80 Rs.
Fast chargers are not good for the life of the battery.
Now i am driving and Iqube. Which is a decent bike.

It's just 3 months of buying 450x looking at drop it really hurts after paying 1.70k and no update about charger refund
Please resolve existing issues first.... Help us.. The customer service has been utterly disappointing. My Ather scooter, just 2 months old, is already damaged. I thought visiting the service center would resolve the issue, but to my dismay, it turns out this is a common problem among Ather scooters! They handed my bike back without fixing the problem, and now, after just 3000 km, it's making strange noises and feels heavier to ride. No one seems to know what's going on, and they expect me to wait two whole weeks for a new belt! 😡 It's clear that their customer service is falling short, and I'm not the only one suffering. Fellow Ather owners are facing similar issues.
This was fun and funny but underwhelming! I was expecting a proper launch after the short 15-minute trailer, but it just ended. We deserve a proper event with Tarun on stage explaining everything!
Plot Twist: Hoezaay ordered S1 Pro Gen 2 with 11Kw motor.

Hi Ather ! I have a doubt @2:02 of this video, when Lavina is showing the dashboard, there is google maps and the display looks similar to the 450x display. But later in the video you showed it's a non-touch display and the speedometer , navigation and other details look totally different. What is it ? Are there two versions of 450 s ?
No, it's no-touch dashboard, Lavina is just pointing not touching the screen. :)
I would guess thats the New 450x with updated design

450x has 2 variants 2.9 and 3.7 and the 450 s has a non touch deepview display
Ather please launch a practical helmet! I have been using Decathlon bicycle helmet for riding my 450x since february 2022 and the funny part is every time people will stare at me including the policemen, but luckily i was never charged for wearing a bicycle helmet :). Really I don't mind because i have severe sinusitis and really i want more airflows in my helmet, secondly i want use my airpods often or use my phone as usual whenever i'm on the move and finally i want to easily shove my helmet with other stuffs under the seat. Just think whether it is possible with Ather helmets or any other brands for that matter. The Ather frunk is more practical, in the same sense bring a helmet which is very practical to use.

Finally paid charging in Ather grids is really promising, going forward Ather may increase the charging limit to 100% to help long-distance riders.
Next scooter should be called 450e
But very dangerous if u accidentally clicked on kill switch and auto hold only works if your vehicle is on
I just brought the ather 450x few days ago and now I regret after watching this video at least they should have mentioned that there are more than one variant launching soon 😒
That's sad but that's not how business works. If they inform customers that new variants will be launching soon, then who will buy the existing stock? Customers will wait for the launch of new variants and the inventory of old stock will remain unsold.
Same think happened to me in Rajajinagar showroom but just to clarify the colour i called Electronic City , but they only said 4th generation is out you can buy that instead of buying 3rd generation

Certified range & real range is like never going to achieve over 100km even you ride in ECO mode, when riding my 450x Gen 3, Jan 2023 purchased atleast I prefer to ride in RIDE mode & usable battery percentage when charged upto 100 & ridden upto 20% average I get is upto 65km. Also tried in Eco mode under 35kmph never crossed 80km average. So real deal is improve the battery drain upto 5% at idle parked overnight condition.
Same case here i get 75km average 80km/charge max 450x gen 3. 2-3% discharges overnight any idea so that i can get above 90km/charge, like 100km/charge
I have been managing that by shutting down the vehicle every night. Display takes a while to come back on restart but vehicle is moveable in 2-3 secs post restart. Nonetheless power less in idle is an issue
Shutdown the scooter daily may damage software of the scooter and cause lag in system
@@vik7022 agreed, shutting down daily is not an good idea. Shutting down to be considered when its going to remain parked over a day.
Plz provide after sale service and provide correct information because In my instance they said belt run 30000 km but broke at 12900 km after belt broken your service centre told belt warrant is 10000km what the hell & belt price 3845

Ather has a rear mud guard with half functionality, now they sell the mudg gard as an accessory
ather has a rear view mirror with half rear view ( i am 450x owner). Upgrade to new one will cost between 1000 to 1500.
The essentials like floor mat and proper foot rest for pillion all are on additional cost.
With this high price they dont have a free initial service.. so i had service pack added... but the service center didn't have a wash facility , so they charged me 179 for wash.. were we will get as was for 100 to 150... outside
Then i went to them for changing tires.. so they simply told tire changing is not included in the service plan....
Side stand design is a failure... many places i opedn the stand by hand... ( had an awkward situation in front of public) in two service ther didn't fix the issue.
Little upset on the service providing for such a so called premium product with an additional service pack...

i got my new Ather gen 3 on August 3 and i got autohold issue it was moving forward when its on autohold and AUTOHOLD Is enabling even on flat surfaces i went to service station and got it fixed now i am getting Software issue or vehicle issue i don't know i am able go in 57 km speed in smart eco mode i waited for so many months to save money and buy the quality vehicle and went for Ather and i am going all through this really not fair...........

Same issue 1 st belt Cracks on 7k km and second Belts getting Cracks in Just 14k km
Consumers deserve transparency when it comes to faulty products. Disheartened to see now @AtherEnergyElectric also started removing the post related to belt issue from their Ather community forum instead of addressing user concerns ..

I am ather 3.1 customer first you should improve the performance of the belt the belt broke 2 times in 7500 kms , and now the bike is standing at the service center since 2nd august because the belt is not available , and new bike ? What is the use of getting such a service by spending 1.7 lakhs

There touch screen sucks....laggy display. Infact touch is of no use.. just a normal display that shows the odo meter, distance and time would be fine.
If the range of the scooter is 150km real range and the price range is 1lakh to 1.3l... Ather is gonna get more good customer

Can ather energy company upgrade design get some new design and launch scooter with more range who needs the features we need range. Focus on costumers wishes. The main issue lagging behind is range. I have 450x gen3 i get range avg 75km, max 80km but you guys promised 100km when before buying scooter, also i didn't receive charger refund. What a disappointed launch by ather energy.
Range is too low compared to other vehicles.. Take more 10 thousand on vehicle, increase the Range.. Decrease some features, we don't need all this stupid features..

1.even the better thing is not to upgrade like this, and change the mentor (if anyone having) ,
2. change the R&D team- or force them to make remarkable changes,
3. in this compitetive market needs more &more,
4. try to insert mobile charger,
5. one of holder,
6. better range,
7. update the TFT display to HD with better touch response- clear the display glitch while riding- getting lines,
8. most important thing is to fix the problem of back wheel 🛞 splitting issue while riding,
9. better quality of belt,
