Beware….and I’m a Marshall speaker fan….this speaker is well balanced-with great low end bass…..BUT….at low volume!!!!! Once you turn up the volume passed 50%….the bass drops out considerably!!! Many will be disappointed about this. However, I used this speaker as a monitor while practicing mixing on my Hercules controller. It’s perfect for this….or to have this speaker playing in my living room for a small party of guests. It pumps out great sound. I also take this speaker to the beach so that friends sitting behind us can hear the music the same way as this is a 360 surround sound speaker. But once again….this speaker pumps bass and sounds incredible at 40-60% volume. Once you turn the volume up….the bass is reduced BIG TIME. If loud with big bass playing OUTDOORS -like the beach is what you need…..I’d personally get the Tribit Stormbox Blast. (Insane sound for $199)
I am more pleased with this speaker most speakers are done on 60% volume. I think this is the best sounding Bleutooth speaker in his price range and still portible ate the same time
@@dannmusico276 hey brother my parcel arrived today i choose jbl flip 6 over marshall emberton and im amazed of how this small speaker sound, the bass is superb sound bold and loud JBL never fails to amaze me😇
What a bad battery last not longer than 14 hours on 50% volume and bass on 6 and had two that wil not longer stay on 100% full battery for 50 seconds pffff .Marshall put in a bigger Battery that last at least for a real 20 hours
Compared to their other speakers this one doesn't have the tenderness and beautiful sound the other ones do. This one sounds more technical
Ye Marshall are good but I like jbl more for the bass and it’s not that expensive for such a good quality speaker

Oh yes! Middleton is a larger, more powerful speaker (but less portable)
Middleton or Acton iii?
Depends how you will use it. Acton iii in your home will sound a bit better than the middleton but then the middleton you can move around easier.
