I like that 90s turtleneck you're rocking. After this review did you go back to torturing James Bond?
What about the best sounding smart speaker for home? I wish you added that in your list. Would appreciate if you have any recommendations for this category. Keep it up !
Hi, is there a compact BT speaker that is stereo and has good bass?
Rather than saying "expensive/inexpensive" why not just give the price? There is no bad product just bad pricing. We dont know if you dont tell.
He said at the start of the video that the prices changes often, so he can’t give an accurate estimate
you can give ballpark within 10 to 15 bucks
Prices change
Agree strange, u just give prices as of today!
@@Heshkinp but prices always change, and are different around the world. If you are so interested in buying one it’s best to look up the price right now where you live, rather than rely on out of date info.
I just bought Soundcore Motion 300 for work for $80 and it's perfect! Really good audio
Are ya still liking it lookin at the 300 for takin ice fishing thus yr and between the 300 and upgraded tribit stormbox pro but am bug fan of soundcore so leaning towards 300
@wadec6799 yeah I still absolutely love it! It's surprisingly loud and got a good battery. Don't know about tribit speakers but can never go wrong with Anker/Soundcore
I would really appreciate your opinion of the Soundcore Motion 300 compared with the Bose Soundlink Flex? Some reviews suggest that the Soundcore is the better speaker in that class, at a much lower cost.
Hi Guy's, most reliable speaker for professional vocalist doing mid to large scale gigs?. None class d possible fan assisted, mic input and over 1000 watt ?.
Any recommendations welcomed
Great video , also 9:45 how youre hosing down that x600 like youre trying to fill up a pool😂
Very professional explanation, as a fellow bluetooth speaker, I'm glad the industry has such a professional
is the Soundcore X600 noticably quieter than the Soundcore Boom Plus? is there a way to determine decibel ranges just from the product specs list?
In various tests, there is about 6dB in terms of measurable volume in favour of Motion Boom Plus, in side by side tests the 'Plus' will overwhealm the X600 at high levels, especially in the bass department.
You should seriously listen to the Klipsch heritage groove it's insane but very underated
I managed to get the sony XB-200 for 20$. Absolute steal. So happy with it. reasonable size, great sound, great app to control it, easy to connect and can pair with other speakers. Love the bass in it
I gave my xb200 to my granddaughter. I couldn’t stand it
I just bought the Soundcore X600 recently for $150us. It sounds good out of the box. I found its sound frequency graph on RSTING web site and fine tuned its equalizer. It now sounds very close to my full $5000 sound systems in the mids and high at normal level. For a tiny bluetooth speaker, it doesn't have the deep bass as big subwoofer, but just enough for a nice casual listening. I don't think you can find any battery bluetooth speaker with this sound quality at this price.
you must have great ears if it sounds similar to your 5000$ system!
@@papatoni3311 I still stand by my statement. It's physic, there is no way a tiny bluetooth speaker to compete with a full range 5.1.2 system at theatre ear-slitting volume. It's great for mid to low volume listening.
@@papatoni3311 I have a system costing $5,000 and no way does the X600 come close. It achieves a false sense of clarity through its forward and bright presentation, which is mostly mids and highs. The sound is so harsh to my ears that I will have to return it to Amazon. High fidelity is not achieved solely by pushing the sound forward.
@@JOHNLEXXXdon't be shy now. Share your tuning👀
@@aggaviriyo790 well I tried to post my EQ 4 times and they were all taken down by UA-cam. My EQ is still on Soundcore community web site.
i would like it when you add the price
even if it changes so we can have an aproximative price range...
All the pricing with links are in the description.
Interesting, why no harmon kardon onyx stuido 8?
8:59 in which video did you review that mini speaker that fits in your hand like that?
Just bought Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 6. I really love the sound quality and bass, which it’s not boomy but controlled. I might get Vifa Helsinki and see if I like this better.
Thanks! Do you have any recommendations for someone whose idea of "budget" is under 30 USD?
You could probably find a jbl go 2 for that price, I'd wait for a sale on the go 3 though
I'm currently thinking that a two speaker stereo set up produces a more rounded sound, but I can't seem to find a small sized duo speaker set up.. Do you know of any please? I'm not looking to be able to move them around, just want them in my kitchen:)
JBL Clip is a great way to go. A lot of bang for your buck and can be linked to each other.
hi Mike, I love your channel very much!😄🙂
Thank you so much! Your support means so much
i like your jacket, link to it please ?
What is the tiny JBL in the thumbnail? It's not a go, clip, or wind series.
Go
Looks like a Tribit Stormbox Micro 1 with JBL edited onto it. I feel like a detective.
JBL Wind 3
Probably gonna go with the Marshal despite it's high price. It just fits the style of my room so well.
I wouldn't. I've bought the Marshall killburn 2. I was very happy with the sound, the feel, quality and design.
But when switching from UA-cam to Spotify the speaker disconnects. It's often very hard to reconnect or pair a new device. And after a couple months it stopped charging. Got it fixed and a couple months after it stopped charging again. Got my money back and am now shopping for a new speaker.
Really sad because the marshall aesthetics are just 😘✨🤌
Don't! I have it and everytime I pause my music or video it disconnects (even within 10 mins). I'm watching this video to find a replacement. I hate this damn thing :(
@mike what do you think of Tribix Stormbox Pro? I see it behind you, but I don't think you talked about it!
It is such a great setup speaker for the size and price
Sony use to make decent Bluetooth speakers but lost their way. When compared to Tribit, JBL and Soundcore they are dull and flat. Good for background music. The Bose Sound flex is nice but the Soundcore X300 is a better value and sounds just as good up to 80% volume
I can't decide.... 2 Sony xb100 paired or the Bose soundlink flex?
what did you decide out of interest? how was the result?
@tommo9176 sadly neither. I'm using a very cheap speaker called "boxanne"... It works and was free. If l chose one at this point, it would be the Bose. It produces better sound all the way around from what I've heard. The sony speakers are "cute" and attractive but Bose is hard to beat.
I’ve listened to a bunch of the Sonys at my local Best Buy and to me they all sounded like trash. Very poor sound quality imo.
When is something going to beat the Harman Onyx Studio 5?
What about the Ultimate Ears range?
I love the XB100. I use it for my work from home loft. I have every speaker made by JBL. But this one fills the niche because of the speaker phone and good bass for a small speaker that doesn’t take too much desk. Space.
Can I get a link of shirt too?
If you just listen to talk radio, the soundcore mini gives crystal clear 360 sound.
How come you didn’t mention the Soundcore Rave Party 2?
My son is super into Karaoke, but we just don't want to buy junk. Will definitely try these out!
XB100 Compact Bluetooth great for travel and working outside
Yeah good point! I brought that little thing with me to Canada this past summer and it was perfect for travel
I’ve had the Bose soundlink flex since May, it’s been a very reliable good sounding durable machine. The multi pairing with other Bose speakers is very nice, the sound is very filling even in larger rooms and in the open. It tends to be more bassy but that’s cool with me. The sound link flex is usually more expensive than the jbl flip models which are of similar size and premium feel, but the soundlink flex sounds better. Lack of aux port is a drawback in my opinion, and the battery life could be better.
JBL Clip 4 - when I just need a small one and don't want to carry a heavy speaker.
Hi guys, I bought a Ultimate Ears Ue Boom 3 a year ago. I nearly use it everyday, I like the sound really clear, however, it seems like no bass at all. I tried to adjust from app as much bass as I can, but still not good enough. I also have a earphone sony wh-1000xm4, which i really like the sound. But I found I bearly use it. So I want to buy another wireless speaker. I consider portable size with quality sound and good bass as well, any sugguestions pls?
I love my Bose Flex. But if you are looking for something comparable to the UE Boom sound but with more bass then the JBL Charge 5 may be right for you.
my fav is devialet mania
For me so far, Sonos is my favourite speaker brand and I don't see something similar with the features like true play or wifi, assistant and multiple grouping speaker.
Did he mention which speaker had the most battery life
just got a very good speaker with hi fi sound the brand is bogasing s8 pro .really very clear sound and good bass. 2-Way Hi-Fi Stereo Sound (Dual full-range drivers & Dual tweeters with a bass passive radiator)
Marshall Woburn 3????
Which do you guys think is the best to keep in your backpack while skiing?
Headphones. Nobody wants to hear your shitty music.
You forgot Soundcore Motion Boom which btw is better than MB+
Hey Mike what jacket do you have on here? Thanks in advance. Great video
i love your videos
Thank you! I really appreciate your kind words
Best Products ❤❤❤
The Bose is always best
I orderer the Soundcore x600 a few weeks ago and god very underwhelmed with it. The sound was very sharp, especially with rock and metal music and no matter how much I tweaked the eq I could not get it to sound decent.
That's not my experience at all. Tool sounds really good on the X600. Not as good as Tool sounds on my planar magnetic headphones, but still surprisingly good. Amazing when you consider the size of the speaker. Are you using LDAC (needs to be enabled in the Soundcore app)? Do you have a lossless or high def sound source? I am really blown away by the X600.
@@W_T.F In the first place I buy a Bluetooth speaker to play songs from my spotify smartphone app (where I downloaded the highest quality). I can't tell if there is a difference in the mastering of Tool Tracks, but no Matter what I listened to, Metallica, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Dio, Black Dhalia Murder, it was very irritating to my ears and not pleasant at all. However with Hip Hop am Pop Music it was okay. Not overwhelming but okay. I switched to JBL Charge 5 in the End.
A few years ago I had a Soundcore Sport XL which was way better soundwise - even without 3D Audio.
I get a lot of compliments when I blast my Sony Wonderboom on hikes.
No
I’m John,PR of TSRC,
I was just curious if you had the chance to try our drone.
I’d would be more happy to send you a free drone that you can test.
Skullcandy ounce?
I'm still using my JBL charge 3
Thanx for video, Mike!
Great, a soundtrack to a bear nom'ing me.
SOUND QUALITY. What do you guys think its the best one regardless of price?
the link to the lantern goes to the marshalll
I have sony and tribit but sony is the best for me natural sound and bass
Do you have xg300 how is it??
@@alokmurmu7682 100% Good speaker bro
Had the soundcore. It randomly stopped working after 6 weeks. I went to reviews and same has happened to other people. Shame because it actually sound good while it lasted.
That's really sad, I'm here now looking to replace my little Soundcore Flare Mini that gave me several good years. I wanted to see if there were better options instead of just buying the same one... good I did because so many people are complaining about Soundcore. Sad to see 😢
I bought a Soundcore Motion Boom Plus, its awesome but way too powerful for a room. So i bought 2xMotion Plus ant they are perfect with Tidal streaming from S23U. I know its a very low HiRes, if i msy say so, but for my ears and age its all i need.
JBL Charge 5 be doing me well
sony xg500 ???
Harman Kardon go plus play ?
boombox ??
Very best? lol, very veak compation!
I wish these would be: this one option, period, end of story! Choices choices choices…
My favorite speaker I own is the JBL charge 5.
It's hard to argue against JBL speakers. Always a great choice!
between charge 5 and extreme 3, which is better?@@MikeOBrienMedia
Njan fathima an.mike.o.brien. supkar. Supper. Video 👌👍😃😊. Love ❤️♥️💕🥰❤️😍🤩
With no budget would the Marshall be better than the JBL one
No Marley?
No boombox 3 😮
shoutout goose
I do enjoy these reviews but I wish they would spend a little more time talking about wattage, speaker setup, mono/stereo....
those things matter a lot less in a portable speaker market
The X600 is bright and harsh AF with insufficient bass. I had to return it.
The Tribit Stormbox Blast is by far the best speaker for the price. At the moment I believe it's $150 after discount. The bass and performance is just under the JBL Boombox 3 (which i also own) that's $500.
Reall cant beat jbl pary box, beats the sony, its just hands down the best in every way.
That Sony XB 100 can't touch the Soundcore Mini 3 Pro! Check it for yourself!
In amazon most of them they are cheaper
Bose or Marshall, I cant decide 😭😭
I'm tryna decide between the Soundlink Flex and Flip 6 😅
Need something loud
Tribit soundcore blast
Best party speaker: Soundboks*
Where is the jbl party boxes? They literally blow all of these speakers out of the water, in terms of bass and overall sound
Nah Teufel and Marshall are better quality wise etc.
@@tzekkeofficial you really need to hear the JBL party box in person, the bass and quality on it is out of this world, even at max volume 0 distortion. All at a fair price point as well.
Jbl has had a lot of issues with their speakers glitching out etc. I’ve had 6 different ones in 4 years and all 6 (3 of the same model) and all of them started going out after about 6 months
@@gabeulrickson2496 I've had 2 JBL partybox 310 for a year now with 0 issues, I do keep it updated constantly.

no UE? This is a sham
speakers with only 1 tweeter are such a waste of time.
Couldve still gave the prices at the time of making this video. Useless video, only cares about link commission
I hate seeing junk JBL products being compared to actually quality speakers 😂 cheap bottom of the barrel Anker tier junk.
soundcore is trash... get the flip 6 for $90
Soundcore is trash? lul u must be joking 😂
Jokes on you--😂😂😂 clown
I have a samsung soundbar for my TV.
I got 2x Soundcore boost (upgraded) for my PC.
The two soundcore were just under 100 while on sale (43.99 ea) and wow...
I intended these for PC speakers and after adjustinf the EQ I think these 2 puppies paired give my name brand soundbar a run for its money which i wasn't expecting
Hell no jbl ain’t even the move these days soundcore is way better
I really believe you don't have any of the soundcore speakers. Go for the Motion plus and compare with the Flip 6 and I believe you'd change your stance.
