The 5-way button needs to be better designed. It will frequently turn off the speaker if you press in any direction. A separate power button will fix this.
Emberton 2 / Middleton is sound bar worthy paired with Samsung smartphone/tablet (Dolby Atmos) setting enabled. I BT Emberton 2 with Samsung S20FE then wifi network connection to Roku. Speaker sets 4" below 60" TV , viewing distance 10-12ft. @ 75% volume , high quailty premium listening experience is had with movies on Netflix , RedBox etc..
Every UA-cam video that reviews The Middleton basically uses the same types of music which doesn't help me when it comes to making decisions on the speaker's sound quality. I need to hear quality vocals from artists such as Sinatra, Fitzgerald, etc.
@@aaronloudnwireless I can't remember now, built like a tank but in the end that doesn't matter, what I do have are the Klipsch one with a battery and three in walnut, both are better...
@@DominikReviews don’t need Max volume, haven’t even tried it yet. Besides that every reviewer tells us that after 70% vol sound gets nasty. Have it for two weeks and still love it. But sound is personal, right?

Do compare it to the JBL Charge 5. I know the price is different , but the size is my factor.
I’m definitely getting one but I am not going to pay full price. I will wait for them to go on sale
but at this price range it only support sbc codec which is bad i think at least it should have aac or aptx

😂 I mean “gonna live until I” by frank Sinatra might sound very good on this but it’s more of a deep bass boosted sound

Not worth $300, I purchased the Middleton and returned it. It barely outperformed my $72 W-king D8.

Sounds like it sounds pretty good in person. For a casual lower volume non critical listener like myself, could be sweet.

nope, you can find emberton II for $150 and Middleton for $200 new if you know how to shop
