Fantastic playing with incredible feel! I have the DJ-4 but looking for a DJ-5 with rosewood. Was going back and forth between this or an Ibanez. I have 3 basses including Fender but like my Lakland the best. Really incredible instruments! Well done; really great tone! Can't wait to find that DJ5. Thanks for sharing.

jejeje well my bass is all passive... I use not only the RC Booster, I use the TLC Comp and the Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0 like pre amp as well... I love the sound!!! Very punchy and deep sound... And the slap very very very clear sound

saludos hermano... bueno lo cambie por un warwick thumb bo 5... y el sonido del lakland no solamente es el bajo sino los juguetes que tambien tenia jejeje en el video aparece la lista de equipos que use para la grabacion... de todas maneras el lakland es excelente, si quieres adquirir uno te lo recomiendo...
es una lakland DJ pasivo made in indonesia?? yo estoy por comprarme uno pasivo y si es este suena muy bien!! lo recomiendas mas q un marcus miller v7?. Gracias

saludos hermano gracias por tu comentario... en el caso de la acualizacion me gusta mucho hacer mi propio scoop en el eq para poder lograr un sonido claro generalmente realzo las frecuencias despues de 7 khz y hago un corte de medios de 2khz bien considerable (eso ya depende del gusto) y en los bajos por debajo de 100 hz... respecto al comp si lo uso y mucho jejeje en este video use un TLC Aguilar que segun mi experiencia lo considero el mejor comp en el mercado... cualquier cosa estamos a la orden hermano Dios te bendiga...

Hey bro!! Thanks for watching!! I used in that video (and almost all my basses that I had) 0.40 strings and exactly 0.40 to 1.25 in case you use a 5 strings, that size give a beautiful bright tone, and it's soft to play haha
