Cisco Room Bar Pro Testing / Comparison

- Since I have heard from this device, I wanted to test a few things. It looks amazing, the sound is astonishing, but… how does it sound for the other participants of a meeting? What does the other party see and hear?
I finally got my hands on a Room Bar Pro and put it next to a Room Bar and a QuadCam. Just to see for myself how to best position it and what the differences are.

Please keep in mind, it’s an empty room this has been recorded in and we strongly recommend to use table microphones for this size of meeting rooms, but I still hope it gives an impression on how well this device is working and where to position it compared to the other devices.

Not at all. You generate a 16- digit code in Webex control hub and use it to register the device. Off you go to make your first video call. Calendar integration, scripts etc. need a little more effort, but are really no science.

Great video for techs like myself. Can you give the mounting heights of these devices?? This is always the issue. Trying to get the best view for the room.

May I ask what the distance is between the cameras and someone sitting furthest from them ?
According to the audio tracking later in the video, 7min, it is about 6m. Which, indeed is currently the limit for the RoomBarPro.
