For the Delanco station community Taxes are approximately $11-$12k HOA dues are $149 per month. Are you interested in the Smithville Greene Community also?
Under $400,000 is not cheap, how is that considered retirement living, it cost as much as in any neighbor hood in NJ except property taxes are lower and you have someone mow your lawn and plow? The maintenance fee is expensive adding up at the end of the year. Selling a home up north yes you can live nicely with what your home sold for up north to afford homes like they are showing here and the cost.
