Thank you so much for the contentX I enjoyed it so much. Just a minor tip: The photographer could focus more on the house when you introduce different parts of the house. For example, when you introduced the entrance, the camera only showed you instead of the entrance you were talking about😢
Thanks for the tip!
Mont Blanc is really nice, love the optional medial space. Lots of space for family visits 😊
I totally agree! Having the space in the basement gives you great extra living space and a lot of options for entertaining.
lower taxes but crazy high water and sewer and of course the $%%^^^ing HOA's
Thanks for your comment. You do need to consider all your expenses including HOA fees when considering DE.
f a person had no money limit, is looking for a smalll town (not that small) including beauty, walkabililty, and best downtown. Where are the top five places you would pick for them in Delaware?
Great question! Check out Milton DE.
Beautiful homes.what is the prices.
Hi Mary, Prices will vary depending on the community and model. Do you have a price range in mind?
Cheap taxes, outrageous HOA fees. Traffic out on 23 is insane. Just go to accomac Virginia, (no HOA) 40k for a real water front lot. Won't have 300k in the whole thing.
Hi Martin, thanks for watching and commenting. What are taxes in Accomac like?
@@MattHaviland taxes in accomac are cheap too. 260 a year on the lot. I have a house I built in 93 off of 23 near Hopkins creamery. It takes me some time to leave my driveway in lewes. The roads need to be improved to handle the increase in population. I grew up in lewes, I'm not opposed to building at all. We sold our farm for development. Just the state and county have to prop up the infrastructure to deal with traffic. I've seen 23 back up from 5 points for 1.5 miles on summer weekends.
@@martinmcquaide4807 Thanks Martin, I agree with you about the traffic.
I guess im ole fashioned but I’d rather my guest room be downstairs with a bath attached rather than the owners suite on the main level. 😂 Lovely home tho, love the outdoor screened in area. (On the Palm Model)
Thanks for the comment Danielle. There are a variety of layout options. Hope you can find something that works for you.
Hi Matt would any fit the bill of a 55 and up community as far as the amenities? Are the gated and can you use a golf cart? Most important what are the price ranges and hoa fees. Thanks
Hi Helen, all of the communities have or will have amenities such as a pool and clubhouse. The Four Seasons Belle Terre is a 55 and over community. They have a fabulous clubhouse and I'll be posting a video of the clubhouse and amenities soon. Here are the price ranges and I'll get back to you on the golf cart and HOA fees.

I like your video thx
we thinking to move to buy house in DE
but what if we don’t live there then we want to rent it
you think is profitable if renting it and easy to rent in DE?
Yes you could potentially rent the home out. You’ll need to check with the municipality and home owners association to see if they have any restrictions.
@@MattHaviland Ohk thx a lot
but what restrictions like what ?
@@ASH-se6kr Some home owners associations don't allow short term rentals. Some don't allow long term rentals or only allow it after a certain time period. Were you thinking about short term or long term rentals?
@@MattHaviland why tho do that tho ?we thinking of long term rental
@@ASH-se6kr most associations allow long term rentals.
ITS HORRIBLE
What’s horrible?
