Thank you so very much. This is exactly what I needed to see. Your video is the first I've watched and it was wonderful that this was your first attempt. Many people will say oh it's easy without warning of pitfalls. As you are new then I can see for myself that no skill was involved - just need to take care a little bit. I feel it would be more healthy to make my own sausages without metabisulphite and such like.
