- Within hours of U.S. President Joe Biden announcing that his country had sent military aid to Ukraine, NSA Jake Sullivan said that it is certainly possible for Russia to make additional tactical gains along the frontline. His comments came as Russian officials prepared for a war trophy exhibition that will go public on May 1 in Moscow.
