Of course Franky has the blueprints still in his memories. He only needs his memory because he's a cyborg, he more than likely has a cybernetic memory bank, so that it is impossible to forget. This is actually one reason why Franky is one of the most important Strawhats in the whole crew. Considering Pluton specifically, he could not only build one, not only repair the current one if needed, but also Franky knows it's weaknesses. If an enemy say, Blackbeard gets his hands on Pluton Franky knows how to destroy it.

Yep. Rayleigh is essentially saying "no spoilers", lol. Everything we've seen to this point has suggested that it's the recorded history/other things remaining from that time. I don't recall anything suggesting it's possibly gold and jewels (though I can't say that's not there either). As a pirate why find Laugh Tale if you both know that it holds lost history and you were already told what that history is? Which we saw with Luffy after Ussop almost asked Rayleigh a question. And Robin not asking for more info at that time. Most, if not all, of the pirates that would still try to go would likely only do so to see if gold and jewels are there.
If it does end up being "just" history it seems like it was the same as Ohara, but on a larger scale. The Ohara archaeologists threw all the books in the water to preserve them. The people from the ancient kingdom put specific recordings on poneglyphs and moved only that info to a secret location so the new world government couldn't fully suppress the information. The poneglyphs that did remain visible around the world were I guess not seen as enough of a threat to Imu because Imu didn't think anyone could read them and get as much information as Ohara managed to gather.

I theorised that Akainu don't know anything because the elders didn't tell him anything. I think it's a translation issues where he actually want Vegapunk to explain everything. In my opinion after reading One Piece from the beginning and getting to know the characters, Sengoku was shown to have more intelligence to create covert operations (for ex. Rocinante), he might be the one that developed Sword Division too. Sengoku can easily doubt the government and find a lot of things using his own resources but knowing that he couldn't do anything, he just kept it a secret. Sengoku also has a lot years as fleet admiral so his level of knowledge is different from Akainu that has just been in that position for 2 years.

Vegapunk knew that someone stole a piece of the Mother Flame. What he didn’t know, was who stole it. Hence why he was still shocked when York was revealed.

If the roger pirates knew everything, then we can assume that they knew about toki’s mission and the resurgence of the kozuki. Joyboy himself was predicted to return. They had to sit on their hands reluctantly to prevent them from tampering with how things were supposed to play out with the outcome of Wano. Roger knew joyboys plan and put his faith in his return and ability.

I have a feeling the mother flame will get bigger once Luffy gets closer to it amplifying it with drums of liberation. the way of Vegapunk having that knowledge could be as simple as Kuma removing memories from York or even Vegapunk maybe.

I think the lili picture is important. Why does imu have a picture of the one Celeste who in a way betrayed them? Because he was supposed to marry her. But she was in love with joy boy. And maybe thats why they moved the celestial dragons to the red line, to separate lili from joy boy. And joy boy goes to war against them to save lili. I also think that zunesha and iron giant were tasked to save her while jb fought the elders, but they failed and she ends up dying. And joy boy becomes heart broken and loses to the elders. And imu is destroying the world so that a celestial can never fall in love with another commoner again.

I think KOL took Sengoku and Akainu's reactions the wrong way. It was pretty obvious to me that Akainu is shocked by the revelations and is infuriated so much that he demands Vegapunk to "explain everything" that the Elders are hiding from him. The Marines are prob going to be divided now.

I'm making an assumption that Gaban will be the man with the burn mark and/or the eyepatch. Also Joyboy may have had the power of liberation in which he inspires everyone to fight, live and dream which would boost the Mother Flame even further. Imu and the Gorosei flooding the world would quite literally douse those flames, that's why they keep everything a secret. I believe Imu gets stronger from fear. Of course I could be way off lol
