Wow, her life mirrors mine.. almost all of it. Invisible child, no love and attention, introvert, empath, abusive narcissist men. Stay wayyyyy too long trying to be perfect so they will stop breadcrumbing you.. try to fix them. They strip everything from you if you let them. 😭 I wish I could meet her in person! Wow!! What a brave beautiful woman.

I'm watching this on Nov 10th 2021 in Accra, Ghana and I can feel the impact all the way here. There's no boundary - time or geographical to God's truth and this to me is God's truth. If God could speak through the donkey, he can definitely speak through this beautiful muslim woman, whom I don't even share faith with. God richly bless you Ed and Najwa. Love
Men we really need to take the lessons from this amazing lady and her experiences, and be mindful and respectful in how we behave and communicate with women of all ages. Also beautiful and powerful examples of the impact we can have on ourselves and the world around us when we truly love ourselves unconditionally and do the right thing, not for the approval or validation of others but just because it is the right thing to do. I am sharing this with my wife and teenage daughter straight away. Thank you and bless you Narjwa and Ed
I also used to go back to those "Little Glimpses" of what a family member, co-worker, neighbor, friend did or said. Eventually, I would be depleted again by their toxicity. Finally, have 🎉PASSED that test in life! Praise God ❤
Healing is very personal, absolutely true. I keep telling those who are single, to heal first so you can be good first for yourself. If poison enters your life you need to be cleansed. I love it. She is amazing. She’s a overcomer. Did I say Thank you for this Mr Ed. You find the people that need to be heard, for those that need to hear.
I was in an abusive gas lit marriage for eight years and I've kept the lessons I've learned and am still climbing my mountains, even though I've been out for over two years. It's not me focusing or holding on to the past, it's learning from it! Thank you for speaking out on this. Much love. This lesson is irreplaceable. ❤️
Thank you!!! Now I see that I am NOT supposed to go back to my toxic relationship. I really felt this. I can do this on my own, I am strong and I am going to heal too. ❤️
Wow, what an eloquently articulate and insightful young woman. Thank you, Dr. Najwa, for speaking up and out; the world needs your voice. Thank you, Ed, for providing this platform and for sharing your openness to her perspective, as well as how you learned from her, right in the moment. Bless up, everyone! Mahalo from Kauai!
Wow!! One of the most profound interviews I have ever watched. I am carrying mountains that I cannot seem to climb! She is right, I have been hanging onto every little good memory I had with my narcissist thinking I could change & he would also! I feel a burden is being lifted because of this interview & I will continue to climb my mountains to reach the best version of me! No more excuses for why he couldn't love me like I loved him! A narcissist just isn't capable and I am ok with that! I will climb & overcome every mountain I face with self love & confidence! Thank you Ed and thank Najwa. I had listened to hours upon hours of podcast's & narcissistic behavior. But how you explained it, resonates with me on all levels! 🙏🙏❤️❤️
I had the privilege of hearing Najwa live at the Summit of Greatness 2018. Anyone else watching this remember? If I remember correctly there was a standing ovation.
This was so profound, thank you so much🙏🏻 especially this line: „Would you do all of the things that you normally do if you knew that no one was watching“ ♥️♥️♥️
Ed, I don't think you're going to read this...but honestly. I was skeptical at first about this one, mainly because I had never heard of your guest. But the more she got talking and you got engaged in a deeper conversation, this topic hit spot on. No Joke. Thank you Ed Mylett for what you do. I've since looked her up and fell in love with what she has to say.
Thank you for this interview. I felt that I was sitting in her chair telling my experience, with the difference of I was married for 27 years to a narcissist. Every detail is exact just different actors. Self love was not in my vocabulary. I appreciate her words and will definitely be following her…very powerful.
I been watching Najwa s interviews for a while, is it just me? I see a different Najwa here... More confident, glowing..she s oozing radiance of positivity . Even her voice projection, it's like before you could still feel the pain in her voice... She is more light now...
Absolutely awesome podcast. This spoke to me so much. Especially the importantance of making a home within yourself + not looking to other people to fulfill you. Also thank you for reminding the men about their position when it comes to these things and how uncomfortable it can get for some women being out in similar situations! Thanks Ed and Najwa
My heart breaks to hear how afol that poor lady's been though. Najwa has had to endure. You have no idea how much you help people. The first time I heard you Najwa l was dealing with alot of family dietetics aswell. Until her first appearance on the Lisa Bilyeu . I finally understand. How lbwas building my home in other people was a huge problem. I love Najwa she is a God sent. ❤
Ed and Najwa, thank you both! I am trying to think about what to say but just feel so thankful that I get to listen to you both tell us your stories. Allowing yourself to be so raw and vulnerable to the world is just so powerful and emotional, you both are incredible humans with a gift.
@@EdMylettShow What resonated with me the most was how personal everyone's experiences are. It is never just the experience itself, it is our own beliefs, environment, upbrings and previous experiences that make every situation 100% unique and personal. The way that Najwa is able to articulate this message has really opened my mind and I am sure will help me become a better person. Thank you both again
I really want this video to reach as many people as possible. This is so important! I ended this video in tears, with the kind of words spoken, once again Najwa, I saw a glance of my inner pain, my feelings, opened up in front of me. It is so important to learn to love oneself and heal. Thank you Ed for this beautiful interview.
Ed, you killed it by having this amazing soul in this episode. I will use the metaphor with the mountains in the next retreat I will have with my people. #maxout , my man!
@@EdMylettShow sorry this is out of place but i used to be in wfg nd heard you speak, and you got me so irritated with your pandering to other races it was like listening to a democrat. you showed a lot of bias talking about the police killing blacks just because the media made a big deal about it but you never had anything to say about how other people are attacked because of their race who re not black which happens more often, and yes illegal aliens come here to work the system, the majority of people on government assistance per capita are illegal aliens, thanks.
This is so true, felts chills when you said Holding on those moments kept us there! I felt that to the core. Thank you for no being afraid nor embarrassed of failure on your love life. I used to blame myself for everything not realizing who I was with. Thank you Ed for having her.
Absolutely phenomenal interview. I can’t believe how powerful and inspirational your guests have been on my life. And your guest today is no different. Mind blowing, impactful, and brilliant! Thanks to the both of you!
Litterly in even just the first five minutes it felt like u were interviewing me. Your so right her emotions relate so deeply to so many people. Thank you both so much

Powerful is an understatement! I literally played this podcast 3xs this morning alone. The truth and rawness she spoke really brought me to a place where I can relate with her. Self love is so important and you don’t realize you don’t understand the true meaning until your looking every where for a feeling and a love but really your looking for yourself . Thank you for your inspiration as a mother and young women I needed this! Ed keep these interview and podcast coming you’re creating such good value!
but really i was looking for myself. Do you realize this sentence super impacted me. Thank you for this insight! I completely sank into that relationship and when he walked away, I did not even know who I am anymore, a ghost of myself was all I was. I gave everything I had away, till I had nothing left. I just noticed this was filmed two years ago! Lol but this is so relevant and it helped me so very much! Thank you 🙏 you will never know how much your sharing has literally changed my thinking in a very very hard time in my life. I really pray that I can not take this information and make the changes I have put off for over 11yrs and end the abuse n move past it to make a home inside of myself that is big enough for the 52yrs of hoarded hurts and lies and disappointments; so I can one by one unpack them and purge! God bless you both and may God bless everyone out there that reads this as well and may you too finally climb over the mountain you’ve been carrying !!! Putting on my hiking shoes right now! Hahaha metaphorically speaking🤣👍❤️🙏
YEEESSSSSS, Ed I swear you pick the most interesting people man, like seriously... and then the interviews are always super unique and captivating. I love you man. S/O TO MY LEBANESE SISTER, LOVE YOU NAJWA! Cant wait to listen to this.

🎉Amazing Interview on both parties half. Sounds like my last 20 plus years. Thank YOU... Wish I had this info/ability to SPEAK UP prior...just past few yrs and NOW starting TO PROTECT MY VALUES, showing genuine LOVE & RESPECT for MYSELF & MY Little Child within❤
An incredible interview! Just goes to show that where ever we are from, we are all in this human experience together ., and have like experiences. What an amazing woman who is a light to show the path to healing and greater understanding!
I’ve watched a lot of videos with her and honestly all I see is a lot of pain. I don’t believe that’s she doesn’t have it any more. But listening to her helps me dealing with mine.
Phenomenal show today Ed and great to see a fellow Canadian. What a powerful young woman with so much wisdom that we can all learn so much from. Thank you. It was brilliant!!! #maxout
Very powerful! Mr. Mylett, I love when you have someone with you on a podcast that I have never heard of. I learn so much. Najwa saying about 'carrying mountains vs climbing mountains...and I think the advice be the person you want to be....direct and to the point. Goes with what you have said, "you are enough just the way your are."
Holy moly that was so good!! I related with her story in so many ways, I think the moment I chose vulnerability was the moment I saw me without the need of craving the need to be seen. Which allowed me to go through my healing and find my home within myself knowing that I was already enough and was worthy. I think the greatest gift of love is to be able to chose ourselves- love ourselves in the way that we become whole. That leads to even standards and knowing that you won’t allow just anyone to walk into your life’s And lastly. Thankful for my fiancé, for magnifying me! He was actually the one who sent me this
Mr. Mylett, I discovered you a few weeks back on Tom Bilyeu's show and ever since I've been captivated by the awesomeness that you put out into the world. Read your book in one sitting and loved it. Just wanted to let you know that you've inspired me tremendously. Thanks.
Ed, this was a really great conversation. I've discovered Najwa few days ago and have been bringing on every interview I can find. Thanks for this one!
This content was so incredibly deep for me. I’m thinking when I saw myself with a glow in my eyes and I don’t think I ever saw it! I recently put up a motivational Instagram because I use it to try and motivate others but I don’t get bit maybe one or two likes and I began to feel discouraged but after listening to this I’m going to continue to post to motive myself! Thank you so much for today!!! 🙏🏼❤️
Bonnie Orona Glad you liked that one Bonnie. Write it down, let it sink it, and hopefully try and live your best life with that in mind. Happy you liked the interview. Curious... what’s your favorite interview so far?
Amazing content, Ed! Every guest brings great value to me and your followers. This has to be one of my favorites since following you UA-cam channel. This woman is such an amazing human being who can touch your soul in one interview. Much appreciate all you are doing with this channel. Happy holidays to you and your family, nothing but blessings.
kevin cruz Wow!! Truly appreciate the honesty Kevin. Really happy to hear this interview resonated with you on a deeper level. Thank you brother, happy holidays to you and your family as wel!
Very powerful. I think Najwa exemplifies the power of a practice of self-reflection and self-awareness. Old soul indeed. Thanks Ed for having the courage to share different voices.
Ed and Najwa, to touch base with the self and to live truthfully by being you is blissful, but this happens only we come out of deep conditioning which happens right from our birth. Most of the time a deep pain we under go is the surgery, one questions and finds answers is the process. Here also most people will miss the opportunity by taking shelter in alcohol or get deeply religious. She at a very young age was able to get away from conditioning and also found her passion, writing. Superb. Best wishes to both of you.
This is awesome and inspiring in this world of pain suffering and violence. It is a revelation and revolutionary method of healing and rebuilding our brokenness. We have to start the reconstruction of our home by climbing our mountain. The mountain is calling us for a conversation and meeting for freedom and joy.Let the light shine inside you.You realise you have built inside yourself wings of imagination. Believe in the power of invisible through faith and hope.Great you can only give in life what you have experienced.Your story is moving and silence the noise of our soul. The Creator made a marvellous creature in all of us with the power and presence of supernatural love. The love that never change in the night or the day in your life.We are Soulbeing not only physical being. Thus we have to be Soulbeing mindset to magnify the fire that wire us all.
Very good interview Ed and Najwa. Learned how to listen to Women and not take them for granted! Which I have always tried to do she does have a way with words as you have showed us Ed. Thank you for this.
Assalamu alykum, i hope all the best for u najwa. I hope you can let go of the pressures of cultural/ traditional obligations that you may have felt as a child with islam wrongfully from family and see islam with new eyes for the wisdom, beauty &reflections that it really has in it. As someone who has come from being without islam to now being a muslim for 10years i have seen both sides of the coin in life. I hope u continue your own inner soul searching&research with the Quran for yourself and not without it.I hope u keep ur heart and mind open to the Quran as it can provide more insights than u can imagine. You may find Bayyinah.com really useful on your journey. It is a great place for tafsir and learning the complexities and meanings in Quran within its language so you discover islam for yourself and not just by what u were told. with these insights, ur words can b even more insightful and give u more focus and precision in the work u r meant to say yes to. I hope the best for u in life and in the next as with everyone else

WOW. If there was ever a time I needed this interview and her words...it is right now! She spoke directly into my situation and I see a great deal of similarity in our paths and stories. I must get her book. Thank you both for sharing!!
Thank you so much! GOD 🙏 bless you guys!😭😭😭
BOY FROM MARS Thank you! I try to bring in a wide range of guests. Some super famous, some not on your radar. But ALWAYS try to deliver you some real and honest value.
Uncle Ed, once again for the 100th time you put out content right as a needed it. The universe works for you and both of you are shining examples of that
🎉Amazing Interview on both parties half.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Najwa. Such a great role model for the 21st Century.
Ms. Zebian's story is call to action for all women, whatever time in their life. I will purchase a copy of her books for the women in my life.
Mike Fishbaugh An absolutely perfect way of summing it all up. Amen Mike!
That leads to even standards and knowing that you won’t allow just anyone to walk into your life’s
And lastly.

I think this would be the perfect interview please make this happen 🙏 🙂 😊
This content was so incredibly deep for me. I’m thinking when I saw myself with a glow in my eyes and I don’t think I ever saw it! I recently put up a motivational Instagram because I use it to try and motivate others but I don’t get bit maybe one or two likes and I began to feel discouraged but after listening to this I’m going to continue to post to motive myself! Thank you so much for today!!! 🙏🏼❤️
My spirits literally lifted from the darkness. ❤
Your goodness is not based on someone seeing you it's based on who you are...WOW!! SO GOOD!!!! Thanks Ed for another awesome hour!!!
Bonnie Orona Glad you liked that one Bonnie. Write it down, let it sink it, and hopefully try and live your best life with that in mind.
Happy you liked the interview. Curious... what’s your favorite interview so far?
@@EdMylettShowmy favorite so far is the interview with Dave Meltzer. But closely behind that is the Rachel Hollis and Jasmie Star interview.
This is a perfect video for my teenage daughter to see. It’s so empowering! Thank you both!
This is the first time I’ve watched your whole show. Excellent

RAISING YOUR VOICE. "The Mountains you are Carrying~You WERE ONLY Meant to Climb"
28:30 -30:00
Then NAMING these feelings is VITAL❤
it s so great to see the interviewer so excited about the interview
Wow I admire you both! Self love is a must!
Superb. Best wishes to both of you.
ravi kumar Perfectly said!
I just learned something physicalogicly. Never close your legs. We breathe from two major places. Stay open yet protect your transparency.
And to anyone who sees this message 🙏 I promise you her books will change your life. I cannot stress this enough.
Which one?
Her metaphor about the sun at the end of your reading was brilliant.
Amazing self discovery she has made! Youre a gem too Ed, among men. I love your sensitivity towards people.
What a beautiful soul. This moved me in so many ways. Thank you for bringing light to a dark world.
Exactly what I needed! Hope to be on your show one day!
Well said, I totally agree Mashallah
