I truly love Najwa, she is amazing! I love her voice and compassion. I completely agree with observing sensations. The only thing I would add is to not try to change the sensation, observe it. This is vipassana teaching (I highly recommend everyone to give it a try). You learn how to sharpen your mind and observe your body's sensations. And how to not change the reality (breath, trying to scratch, etc), only observe the sensation and let it be. It will change, dissolve eventually.

We are just dollar signs to these people NOTHING ELSE a najwa....and yet in the court of law it means ABSOLUTELY nothing..lol.is why they get...you...to get a lawyer who speak for the ....DEAD..only...lol believe it or not...lol...making a act against THIS GODS PEOPLES on how a connection is and truly made...only on a spiritual level is a must..lol. .......paving your afterlife if people havnt worked it out yet....lol...there will be alot of sorry people out there....hmm.
A relationship isnt build on .mind games .its about your own personal...spirit that each and everyone has..that helps you find your true one love..the voice inside us.lol..simple
