- I'm gonna talk about and rate the dark creatures of Sky. I'll be making a tier list for the ratings.

The dark shadows are absolutely one of the worst dark creatures in Sky, next to shard crabs for me. I’m not gonna spoil anything since you haven’t done the fire trial yet, but all I can say is that they’re literally so annoying. I’m also really scared of them because they look creepier than Daddy Krill, in my opinion. I also panic whenever I see them during the fire trial, so yeah, they suck tbh haha
As for my favorite dark creatures in Sky, it’s obviously going to be Bobby because he’s really adorable and fun to play with compared to the normal crabs (sorry crabbies haha 😂)
I agree with everything but I'll add that the dark shadows make the very end of fire trial very satisfying for a reason that I will not spoil ^^
@@NallenRose the technique I use is bring a friend, it's harder to lose light that way, and when one is chasing you and you can't get away make a run for it to the next candles and stuff. Fire trial is fun to me hahah

The krill’s are by far my favorites, they’re just so fun once you learn how to dodge them :D
Dodging krills is an amazing feeling. I've managed to do it a few times out of luck and it felt great haha

Have you checked out the shattering spirit items? They’re currently here, and they are based around a few things in Sky. On the dark side, there’s one for krill and one for darkness plants (also a crab neck accessory). On the light side, there’s jellyfish and mantas.
Also the worms are annoying lol! The trial of fire is hard enough without worrying about dodging them. Not iconic or cute, just kind of a pain. C tier

1:36 More like 3 minutes, but still, fun 3 minutes, especially if you have a social-space shard happening as well like where you are there; Ice Rink. Crab on ice is hilariously menacing, yet adorable. 🤭🤭

Not just that, Red/Shard Crabs can actually take your light via their red shards as well if they´re close to you. Even if tbh, I like to bullfight them while others take care of the plant-filth around shards, especially if they charge so far from the shards, they just don´t bother turning back anymore. 😆
6:28 Not just newcomers, non-Sky people as well. I had linked Krill images to some of my non-Sky friends and they were mostly like "What in the name of yikes is thaaaaat??"
And yes, even at this point of my own Skykid-life, I still don´t wish to mess with those things, not even for a Parent-daily quest. I had been jumpscared by them more than enough times to really warrant getting myself an Elder shield just for them. 😅😅

12:01 I blame it on the final quest of 9-Colored Deer, really, now THAT WAS WOW. Pity that Abyss quests are so much older than that ... I would so love to bloody enlighten that giant monster of a thing to a point, it would become an Elder Whale or something. 🤭🤭
You wish to know more about Dark Shadows? Ok ... and I can say that they´ll absolutely mess your day up moreso than Krills if you´re alone in their territory because they can instantly extinguish you (together with the overall darkness of the Trial itself; you´ll see when you get there) and thus throw you back to the last checkpoint; not to mention that while they do move in circles like Krills, they do tend to overlap with each other and that´s the main difficulty that Trial of Fire has; literally needing to navigate through all the Dark Shadows without being ambushed/surprised by them because they´re pretty speedy fellas. Other than that, not much more about them until something more is done with them, thus I´d say that they go into a B-tier; the only thing that´s keeping them away from C-tier is the end of the Trial of Fire and well ... I´ll let you discover that for yourself. 😈🤭🤭
As for favorites, them be the dancin´crabsies, la la la la la~ 🤭🤭Especially given how only crabs that attack you are ones that are polluted with darkness; if they´re not, like ones at Parent´s Crab Barbecue in GW´s Graveyard, then they´re completely passive and will just scuttle around, at times hiding in their shells. And don´t let me mention the absolutely adorable tiny ones you can find in the renovated Enchanter´s Shop in Aviary/on the window when Scared Survivor is in the village.

Just in case, if you can´t access the Enchantment shop in Aviary yet, then just complete all of Season of Enchantment (as you can find at least one tiny crab in there when Scared Survivor is not in the village, to my experiences). Good Luck!
