- Are you ready to feel a strange nostalgia? Let's find out!
Final epilogue from the album Uruk-Hai, Burzum's project made between 1988-1994 not officially published. I have made a small improvement of the audio but keeping that look so old and rustic that usually describes the first works of Burzum.
The background is a beautiful landscape of autumn full of nostalgia, belongs to the german artist Knechter, he was inspired by the fantastic illustrative art of Theodor Severin Kittelsen. You can find more information about this artist on his official DeviantArt page: www.deviantart.com/knechter
I have extracted this song from the @Hermann Conan channel, you can check it out: redr.it/3G

Its kind of sad how Varg doesn't care much for music these days. He's probably one of the best musicians that came out of the early BM Norwegian scene.
Honestly he is and was way ahead of them, even not in the bm scene but music scene overall he showed true artistic values in his music, depth of feeling in things he chose to play some overwhelming some sad some heroic in a sense. He will pass one day but his music will remain for generations floating out there in eternal existence.
@@88hh40naah, Grausemkeit too is just as great as Burzum.
@@88hh40 naah, Grausemkeit too is just as great as Burzum.
...
I'd argue that. His BM music was too minimalistic. Probably just a marketing point.
@@88hh40 He puts great thought in each of this note. No one else does. HIs music can be studied from a spiritual point of view and physical (obertones especially).
I like such atmospheric pieces
We need his rare made songs realised more. Varg is such wise, talented European man.
i don't know about wise but talented for sure.

I miss winter...
This song makes me feel comfort and sadness in a way, i think it's really convey the emotions of a person who can appreciate his thoughts in solitude to relieve his soul. Varg truly was one of a kind...
I feel the same man, comfort and a strange sadness
Beautiful. I always imagined a similar picture while listening to this even before finding your video... Hail the Count!
hail the count
Me too 🤘🤘
I feel better now...
storming helms deep with my Uruks listening to this
always reminds me of being a teenager and bits of the cure/"goth" type music you may come across at that age
Varg has said in the past that The Cure is one of his favorite bands.
it reminded me of The Cure also .. :)
@@metelicgunz146actually??😂
that guitar tone sound like cemetery bells
when i get cremated as well. sorry to say but i requested is for my will sake
I found this through the unoffical Thulê album. Good stuff and matches the mood of it perfectly
This thing hooked me from the first seconds, undoubtedly a masterpiece, the picture perfectly conveys the spiritual state at the time of listening ...
It touches my soul, thank you for the upload
Very relaxing and soothing for the mind.
Beautiful artwork
Making an electronic equivalent to guitar distortion, was one of the best ideas he ever had. Or any musician had for the last 50 years.
This track is mesmerizing
Suena muy bien y relajante y un poco de Post rock hacen un gran ensamble.
OMG always

Amazing
Eu amo esta música
For those that dont like that sound, thats the sound of a blacksmiths hammer strike on an anvil. Wake up.
truly ambient
sounds ambient and very matching with the ambience
almost nostalgic wouldnt you say ? :)
It’s copy protection. Because the original cassette tapes are valuable, the sounds were added so people can’t make exact duplicate copies/bootlegs.
Like Francis already said, it's bullshit what you say, the OG uploader added these cowbells, so he knows who copied it
i love the Synth on here 😭😭😭😭🖤💜🖤💜🖤💜
Me transporta a lugares que ya he caminado antes ... maestro vikernes
Varg been doing blackgazing in the late 80s truly ahead of its time lol.
Sounds like inspired with The Cure
I have thought the same! In addition, Varg likes (or liked) The Cure a lot, it would not be surprising that it influenced him, in his old works a certain influence is seen. Varg also considers Disintegration the best album of The Cure, I personally think the same, it has no waste, the whole album is deep and quite dark.

Hermosa melodía, enriquece el alma
This song so emotional and make the listener to dream 'bout smthng. But, hard to believe that fact, what varg murdered Ostein so ruthless.
It's true, but I understand it was in self-defense. In an interview, Varg mentioned that he regrets that and that it would have been better to go to the police. But what's done is done. It's a beautiful song, yes, thanks for listening!
Galicia: tarde Otoñal de un domingo, este tema te lleva de la mano a un estado de tristeza, reflexión, melancolía.

Absolute horror 🤘very atmospheric 😏
Ah, the beautiful Kenya.

Damn. You get buried with your phone?
where is that picture taken from?
Hi Max, how are you? The pic is from the artist Knechter, you can find it at: www.deviantart.com/knechter/art/Rueckkehr-377145285
Greetings.
Is there a way to buy these, dont mind paying for them but adding the ding kinda ruins it
Somehow I kinda like that ding, but would love to get fully original one too. Varg should release it sometime.
@@wiesawaniegowska3268 can you elaborate on the ding ? Was it added later ?
@@ggpp1417 Read the upload description here: ua-cam.com/video/lUzcmmQQ5o8/v-deo.html
@@ggpp1417 It was added by the original tape owner to prevent bootlegs, he also sampled it in low quality. With Varg officially ending Burzum and him never being opposed to this music being released to the public however for me it is time for a HQ rip

Varg was right
The outro sounds like Greek music
i wonder if there is a guitar tutorial for this. hmm sounds good
What painting is this?
How did he do such a cool reverb? At that time there were no DAWs and stuff ....
dude, if you have seen his videos, when he played Burzum riffs, using table as amp, you should see he's genius :D
@@maganer326 yeah I have :)) totally agree , he is genius, still don't understand the technology behind his reverb :DD
@@BlackOrc1988 he could run a synth through a pedal or a bunch of pedals
@@jerrybergsteinbaum8008 but it seems like this is a guitar sound..not synth..
@@BlackOrc1988 I think it's both. And if It was just a guitar, you can do by fucking with a pedal..or playing your guitar through an old boombox or vocal p.a. with weird effects.

Hello! Given the rarity of this piece, I have not found the tabs. Possibly some fan ends up making some cover of this song and exposes the tabs, but for now nothing!
