I do miss the old infected mushroom. Far more melody, creativeness and psychedelic stimulation. Every track on classical mushroom has at least three melodies blending in and out of each other. That's how psychedelic trance works: A slow progression of constantly mutating melodies with a high tempo.
The guy that did the cover art for Classical Mushroom said the cover art is supposed to be an alien getting infected in the land of instrumental mushroom. The alien was being mind controlled and played out an infected tune on a mushroom flipped upside down. It was his final cry of help before he, like many others before him, was being turned into the strange mushroom creature standing behind him. I find this silly tale hauntingly beautiful. Reading it brought a tear to my eye. Those were the days when you really pour love into your work.
Actually, this is the remix of the original Hallucinogen track by Infected Mushroom. It still needs to be corrected, but this isn't the Hallucinogen version.
It's not an infected mushroom track, it's their remix. The original is by Hallucinogen. Though they definitly did a nice job remixing it. Sounds more like "The Gathering" (which I find quite good)
Infected Mushroom are absolutely BRILLIANT, but the real credit for this track goes to Hallucinogen. He has two versions of this track, Gamma Goblins and Gamma Goblins II, and Infected Mushroom remixed Gamma Goblins II. Give it a listen, the original absolutely deserves to be heard.
I will say this, these two have evolved from a style that most couldn't understand and didn't want to understand, at a time when Hard house, trance and jungle were running things. They became popular due to their ability to adapt to a crowd and a psyche. The keep their roots and allow themselves to grow in ways they have yet to understand. To me, that is the epitome of artist. I was the first to introduce their music to my friends, and while I garnered much hate at first, all is good now =)
Damn man. Strange to search a track and see my upload from all those years ago haha. Anyone wondering about the cows? Subliminal messages yo. Also the face with red glowing eyes is me. Still loving this music!
I once was sitting in a bar sipping a beer and playing with my phone…. And an Infected Mushroom track started playing on the bar radio lmfao. I was very much like NO WAY. Brightened up my whole day 😍
I love the little subtleties that IM adds, like the occasional irregularity in that interesting rhythm noise, as well as well timed once-occurring changes in the tone of the music that happen on a single beat and give the music such life.
I've been listening to them for more than 10 years and you're crazy. They're newer stuff is just as well as any of their older stuff... kids these days!
@Maridianokusho Skazi is far better than those guys and they are awesome hit makers , my first trance soundtracks r from skazi Out of space , Acelera , Hit and run , so many epic tracks , my style is skazi style and when they perform wht that live guitar the thing goes to other level happy me i saw them live wht guitar in an epic night . I.M. is cool yeah and no doubt is on the top of my list but when u talk about hitmakers i think skazi rulles . And indeed they have more quality and quantity .
i still think IM do psy-trance well, even their new albums are... trippy (if not heavily... melodic, then certainly through their use of sound in general) I've listened to both their old and new stuff, and there moving forward, like most genres, but they've kept that individuality which is great! i agree with both you and flying :)
I was happy with the evolution and change of IM up until "you are so fucked"... I don't know what happened, its such a huge change and not for the better (plus the video clip is embarrassing and censored)
Well thats how it is, the music when you are trying to make it... is a big difference from the music when you already made it :( Stupid profit between i guess :/
well, I can say that IM are my fav group for sure, their new and old stuff are both brutal, but I pref their old stuff, like trabladorr said, their old stuff had more psychedelic stimulation that I love it!
I miss the old Infected Mushroom, their new material and live set are both going downhill. Their live set now is like seeing Disturbed live. I mean that in a bad way. If they bring back Shakawkaw and Converting era's style I will torrent their new albums. Infected should have been opening for Hallucinogen, not the other way around.
@flyingcarrot2000 flame wars aside, infected pre-IM the supervisor is a totally different sound and style of music than the 'new' infected. I personally like both, but the former expresses more greatness than the latter.
the guy who says this is POP!? take a look at MTV and whatever music tv channels are there and listen to radio u ever heard infekted there? that tells u what is pop right there.
I know. I guess what I'm saying is that most of Mushroom's tracks have a high rising point which is much more powerful than the rest of the song. Don't think I'm one of these Skrillex worshiping idiots, because I'm not!
@bootworked I find the Hallucinogen second version way better than this one, but it's pretty cool I have to agree. Why are the tracks I'm listening to from Infected Mushroom are so different, some are great like this one, and some are realy bad.
you can listen to Classical Mushroom in its entirety on here... just put IM Classical Mushroom in the search bar. the other good ones are The Gathering and Converting Vegetarians.
Lol, people need to realize a difference between POP and Mainstream, but anyways... yeah the new CD is actually the only Dubstep I like (with the exception of Gemini, he's awesome too).
there is no old infected mushroom... every track is new to your fucking consciousness in this very second, stop thinking and start feeling the music, which is fucking amazing
Sorry, man, IM became pop long ago. Get over it. There are heaploads on cool fresh artists with great sounds. Maybe you should get that head of yours out of the...well, wherever it is...
i see....well in my mind after re listening, i still prefer the original.. IM have wonderful stuff of their own, why mess with something that is already awesome to begin with...just sayin'.
I do miss the old infected mushroom. Far more melody, creativeness and psychedelic stimulation.
Every track on classical mushroom has at least three melodies blending in and out of each other. That's how psychedelic trance works: A slow progression of constantly mutating melodies with a high tempo.
War
I agree
verdade, perdeu a graça

Yes
One of IM's best hidden gems. Love how the rhythm sounds like a rattle snake.
I couldn't agree more!
Actually, this is the remix of the original Hallucinogen track by Infected Mushroom. It still needs to be corrected, but this isn't the Hallucinogen version.
It isn't, but it still makes a toe tap....
Actually, nobody cares...
@@ghostsinthegraveyard5766 why even reply then
Bunnykill 3 was where I first heard this great track.
Me too
So true
Bunnykill was here.
Agreed
I remember the "cool Kids" listening to this when I was like 11-12 😂 shiiiiiiiit...now I'm 30🙄😄
This song will always be super nostalgic thanks to Bunny Kill 3
Rolled so hard to this song back in the day
Waaayyy back!
Haha me too. Many of moons ago
Goals
Me too man. Holy fuck I miss the days when electronic music was this hardcore.
That's actually where I first heard this song.
Anyone stills rewatching bunny kill on 2020?....

Sounds more like "The Gathering" (which I find quite good)
in my head i see small goblins building robots when watching this.. lol

Oldies goldies! Long live hallucinogen & infected shroom! 🍄
Can We talk about the cows? Love this track, bring back so memories!!
You have to hurry their isn't much time! I'll explain later but for now you just gotta trust me! They'll be here any secon-!...
Damn man. Strange to search a track and see my upload from all those years ago haha.

Still loving this music!
I once was sitting in a bar sipping a beer and playing with my phone…. And an Infected Mushroom track started playing on the bar radio lmfao. I was very much like NO WAY. Brightened up my whole day 😍
this is an infected mushroom remix. listen to the simon posford versions. they sound completely different.
this is infected mushrooms older style
They do, t'iz fiiine 😁
Old skool..makes your feet tick!
Is this really IM? It just sounds like a remix of Hallucinogen's Gamma Goblins
It is a remix
@@damienvandoorn2195 it's clearly a remix
@@xVrath that is what i meant, it is a remix
LoL thought Hallucinogen was remixed from This
This track got me into Psytrance and is the main reason why I'm producing Psy today.
I love the little subtleties that IM adds, like the occasional irregularity in that interesting rhythm noise, as well as well timed once-occurring changes in the tone of the music that happen on a single beat and give the music such life.
How have I never heard this one?! I thought I've abused all their tracks. Life is full of surprises :)
and one of their top tracks as well
It's up there for sure, but I think Symphonatic is their best track :P
It’s not their track. It is hallucinogens
But it's a sweet track anyway
..
@@dadmoo12 This one or Symphonatic?
That's right! This one is from their album 'My Mummy Said'.
I miss the old IM
Yep...reminds me of the old Napster days when 1/2 of the songs were mislabeled.
🍄🍄🍄🍄☠️☠️💀💀
Me when i'm a bunny sent to destroy a base in the moon for money:
the gathering is the best album they have done from start to finish dont really like the new stuff
Nice version of a Hallucinogen track....I think the most remixed track in the genre :P
They were my favorite band before they got infected with money or something else. Old infected mushroom songs were much much better like this one
I liked this mental shit when I was 15 and I thought i'd grown out of it...turns out I haven't.
Infected Mushroom is dead... Skazi and all the other guys too... face it, there is not hope for mankind anymore!
Gammagoblins love this Track. :)
I've been listening to them for more than 10 years and you're crazy. They're newer stuff is just as well as any of their older stuff... kids these days!

Original track by Hallucinogen...
But this remix is GREAT.... I miss the old Infected Mushroom... today is a "pop band" of electronic music...

Seriously, guys, it's just a different interpretation of Hallucinogen's song. It's not a competition.
I have been listening this song since 2004 and i cant get tire of it, simply the best
Well thats how it is, the music when you are trying to make it... is a big difference from the music when you already made it :(

Check out the GMS remix. It's amazing
@stolichnayapriest nothin wrong with being popular, they are still good.
well, I can say that IM are my fav group for sure, their new and old stuff are both brutal, but I pref their old stuff, like trabladorr said, their old stuff had more psychedelic stimulation that I love it!
ok everyone is talking about a orginal soundtrack, so is this one a remix? if so then were do i go see the orginal!!!
@flyingcarrot2000 I agree, I see no comparison between the "new" infected mushroom and pop, they still produce amazing tracks.
I like trains
I like turtles....
people in the comments talking about drugs or something and im just sitting here imagining a rabbit thats killing stuff with a lightsaber
@subsquiggle
part 2 is the second part of Halucinogen -Gama goblins..this is remix by infected m
Thumbs up if you think this guy should go back to school and learn grammar again.
lol this song is used in bunnykill
wtf what a gruesome Quality , shame on you !!!
This is not infected mushroom
It is HALLUCINOGEN

Bunykill 3 part 2? This is were that music is from. Figures.

can u send me a link of one of Infected's old tracks :)
Look at Classical Mushroom release
simon did the original, and a second part to the original(remix or part 2). look it up. this is infected's remix.
This version ain't bad, but I much prefer the original by Hallucinogen.
juste le meilleur moment de ma vie!!!!! trop de teuf !!!!

This would be crazy good for a Terraria boss track or an extreme evil biome like the zombie infected fungal forest or something
infact, this infected remix is a remake of simon's part two of gamma goblins.
