I love to trip - and this music is wonderful for that... But i've also noticed that small children seem to love this sort of music for its happy, carefree, magical and playful melodies and infectious rythms. They're certainly not using drugs but they do feel it on a deep level. Perhaps that's what we like about tripping, it helps us to cast off the shackles and listen with the wonder of a child.

This was one of the very first songs that i've heard of IM, like 7 years back... Then, i started to explore their entire catalog of songs (rares, unreleased, live, whatever..)... inevitably i fell in love with each song that heard, one after another. ___________ Been listening them since those days and i've never stopp to do it. All i can say is that i hope they keep experimenting in each work they do untill they finally decide to finish with the group someday. In my opinion (and now that i'm re-listen this particulary amazing song than also bring me back some pretty memories, too...) those guys've craft beautiful music that even defies the pass of the time.... Probably the best IM tune they ever did... And there's a lot to choose from! It's a proper journey. I've played this to non-psy fans and they love it too. I think anyone with an ability to appreciate music as a language can appreciate this. Never been sure about the sax solo - not really my bag - but I don't think it takes anything away from the overall experience. It's a shame they felt the need to redo it. The rework is a pale shadow of this. Why mess with something so amazing?! P.E.A.C.E & P.L.U.R. 🙏✌️
The rising crescendos and fractals coupled with the harmonized multi-melodies and complex beats make this by far one of my favorite pieces of music of all the bands/groups/artists I've ever heard...and my experience is extensive. Kudos to these guys for their ability to incite extremely powerful emotional responses.

Ecstasy can't fuck your system up if you have a healthy body. pills with shit in them can fuck you up. Molly + speed isnt really that hard for your system to endure for 3-4 hours lol I've listened to this on shrooms, didn't understand the words but they made me laugh as if they revealed the meaning of the universe to be joke.
skugee1 I was referring more to mental symptoms rather than physical ones. MDMA can be fun when taken occasionally and properly, and it's not as super dangerous as drug education makes it to be. It does however have its dark side, if you overdo it, it can lead to depression, eerie disconnect from reality, really frightening mental states. These can kick in days after you've taken the drug. The bitch thing here is that it's an invidual thing how much can you take before these symptoms will appear, you only find out by trying. Mental health is something to be valued.
+Dfective11 MDMA affects the serotonin system and if it's possible for it to alter it permanently (it would explain the negative effects I've heard about, but I don't know enough about MDMA to be certain), the consequences can be grave. As someone who was born with a defective serotonin system, which caused severe depression and anxiety, know that they won't kill you, but if you can't find a good enough treatment, you'll wish they would.

Both are very different songs. 2012 has more soul, the kind of song you want to listen to out in the nature while high. This is more of an LSD vibe.

skugee1 I was referring more to mental symptoms rather than physical ones. MDMA can be fun when taken occasionally and properly, and it's not as super dangerous as drug education makes it to be. It does however have its dark side, if you overdo it, it can lead to depression, eerie disconnect from reality, really frightening mental states. These can kick in days after you've taken the drug. The bitch thing here is that it's an invidual thing how much can you take before these symptoms will appear, you only find out by trying. Mental health is something to be valued.

+Dfective11 MDMA affects the serotonin system and if it's possible for it to alter it permanently (it would explain the negative effects I've heard about, but I don't know enough about MDMA to be certain), the consequences can be grave. As someone who was born with a defective serotonin system, which caused severe depression and anxiety, know that they won't kill you, but if you can't find a good enough treatment, you'll wish they would.
