Love finally learning the little fills inbetween the chords in the progression. Your tone and sound is spot on!!! I’m assuming phaser effect with some reverb????
Thanks Nikola! I know there are tabs elsewhere but I can count on you to have proper playback and more importantly, tone. It's so good you might just convince me to switch to digital. Hope you're doing well! (:
He used a flanger but I think phaser is more relevant for the tone cuz David gilmour uses a uni vibe on his original tone and its more close to the phaser sound
Love it ! This is one of my favorite song for sure ! Tho I have a question, since Gilmour is known for doing a lot of crazy bends, isn't the original slide guitar section done with bends ? (I know it's easier with a bottleneck, and it sounds amazing)
Hi. Thanks for buying the tab. The slide part is in a separate pdf file. I usually post different guitars in separate pdf's so it's more readable. Let me know if you still can't find the slide part
@@nikolagugoski I suppose I'm feeling a disconnect from your playing with the tablature grid on the bottom. Not that it isn't accurate, but, having something to indicate where you are playing in rhythm with the musical grid. Tablature is helpful, but, can be very awkward to read clearly, especially if it's moving. Maybe it's just me, but, my brain is having difficulty bridging a tangent between the two aspects of the video. Hopefully that helps clarify a little. I want to say that I really appreciate and respect your approach to my response. Many would just take my comment as a personal attack, but, your response shows me integrity on your part. Whether or not my comment is helpful to you at all, just know your intentions have earned you a new subscriber! I appreciate you, brother! Hope you're wekl
@@Odd_Combo thanks for the feedback. What I can suggest is trying to learn one bar at a time. You can pause the video if the moving tab is confusing. The symbols under the numbers indicate how long every note should be, so I would say that's the rhythm. You can also hear the click track which is there to help you navigate through the notes. English is not my first language and I can't talk in the videos, so this is the best I can do 🙂 thank you again
@@nikolagugoski I don't typically use tabs to that precise extent. I usually just like to see different interpretations on here and only search "lesson" type vids to snag the chords if I'm unable to discern them on my own. I'm not familiar with your editing process, so, maybe it's bare bones. Just a moving vertical line on the tab that is synced up to what you're playing on the guitar. Both methods are sufficient, but, one should (theoretically) be absolute self-explanatory. My eyes also aren't very great, so, I'm just throwing my personal two cents at ya. And, again, please don't take this as ill-intended in any way; clearly, I am not making any tablature/lesson video's, so, there's no judgements by any means. Honestly, I just really enjoy those rare moments when there's an actual productive conversation in these comments threads. Even if that productivity is just a brief reminder on my end that there is still potential for a well-intentioned dialogue to unfold without it devolving into purely emotional responses. There's enough of that out there already!
Thanks. The volume swells with the slide sounds great
Thanks for watching. I wasn't really sure if I can play that right because I suck with a slide. But it came out pretty good 🙂
Played this acoustic for years this adds the little fills awesome

Could you also say how you did the tone?
Yamaha ra200
The slide i think its a reverse reverb
Reverb + flanger I think
Phaser

Nice!
bravo et merci !
Awesome
perfectly done tutorial. thank you!!
Гениально!
I literally had no idea those sliding noises were from a guitar lol
So cool to see in action
Gilmour recorded this part with a lap steel I believe.. but same deal basically!!

Does someby what pedals he used ? Love the sond..
I'm using only Guitar rig 5. No real pedals or amps 🙂
How have you created the great tone from the slide? Ist it just slightly turning the volume down? Ps: great lesson, thanks:)

Super, love ❤️ 🙏🎶🎵🎼🎸✌️👌🇮🇱🍀
this is great thank you
Is that a G6 or only G? Just before the dominant chord
What is that thing called? (The one he used during part 3) is it a replacement for whammy bar, or does it do something else?
@forplaylistsetc thanks for the thorough explanation my man
Whats the last note in intro 2
I think it’s the same note as the first note in intro 1.
