Thank you for being honest about your skin, mine has become a bit more reactive/hormonal in my thirties too. Can be really frustrating but it is also a good reminder to be gentle with ourselves.

So true what you said about having a dog forces you to get outside and out of your head. 💯🙏🏽 I have a 10 year old French Bulldog and a 17 year old Chihuahua. 💕🐶💙 They are so comforting to me, especially on days when I just want to relax & stay in my pjs all damn day! 😊😴 They also really help my anxiety as well. Dogs truly are a blessing!

Biossance is amazing! I, too, love their eye cream and just started using the squalane face oil in the evening. It doesn’t break me out, and I have the most sensitive skin - especially when it comes to oils! I just say the word ´oil’ and my skin breaks out. Not with biossance!

One thing that I recently discover and I found really useful is that if you have acne or you're having breakouts Algae Extract is an ingredient that can be comedogenic... I didn't know that... I hope it could be useful info for someone! Thanks for the video Estee!

Loved this vlog! Do you have any info about water-based hyaluronic acid serums not working when the water evaporates? I ask because I was always under the impression that as a hydrator, hyaluronic acid absorbs moisture from your surrounding environment and helps replenish the skin barrier which is why its such an effective ingredient when used in conjunction with a moisturiser.

First of all, I could see the stress in your face a soon as i played the video. And as long as I watched it through, and you took some time for yourself and loving you for a moment, tidying, taking Essie for a walk, etc, clearly at the end all of that LOVE showed its results on the glow of your skin (did you noticed that?).
You reminded me to take a break too, beacause Im so streesed right now... also with breakouts, and other stuff im not going to mention related to female hormones 🤣.
