How did you clean up the cylinders. I have a 1990 yamaha pro v 150. Had a similar issue. Seized up. Took the head off and found rust in 2 cylinders. Got the fly wheel freed up but it makes a loud squeek and get kinda hard in one spot while turning the fly wheel with a socket.
Hi I am thinking to clean my pistons from carbon on my outboard? My question is do I have to put nex gasket after I done or can I use the same one after clean it? Do you also recommend this I mean should i give a good clean up to pistons or leave it like that? Thanks

Hello I'm working on the same motor do you know what the torque specs are for the head and the head cover. I was told it's two sets of tightening for each but cannot find the exact torque specs. I would appreciate any help thank you
Thanks for the video! I had the exact same issue on opposing cylinder heads #3 & #4 with low compression 85-90 and water injection LOL through the head dome like yours Either its from corrosion or bad castings from yamaha ?
