Hello, I’m really confused about which earbud to choose because there are so many manufacturers and models available. I listen to metal music, and I prefer earbuds with good bass, as I don’t like a flat sound. What I prioritize are good sound quality, ergonomic design and battery life, with noise cancellation and other features coming second. I am using an iPhone. However, if it significantly outperforms the other models, I’ll consider buying it. Can someone recommend an even better model? I really like your detailed reviews, keep it up!
Hi there! I think I may have already answered you on Reddit, but I think the better choices there are the QCY HT05 & Soundpeats Air4 Pro. I'd probably favour the HT05 because realistically you need a Snapdragon Gen 2 phone and above to enjoy the benefits of the Air4 Pro. The Soundcore Liberty 4NC are a good package but I think save your money and go for the QCY - I don't think the Soundcore are more than $50 better. I'll be uploading a video that compares a lot of these models early next week. Thanks for the kind comments and the support 🙌
I am one of those people who see videos of a product after buying it, you can always find advices or something useful like, for example, your custom EQ. (I also watch a lot of reviews before buying of course haha as well as the frequency response and eq options) Thanks for your detailed reviews!
For me, what really helps in videos like this (for those of us who haven't yet made a purchase), is the recommendation of a better option in the summary. I see in the comments you recommend the QCY HT05 over this one, but don't mention it in the summary, and it seems others are asking the same questions. Also, a super quick comment about why the QCY HT05 are preferred would also be useful. For example, now I'm curious if the QCY HT05 do include the quick charge that you mention the QCY HT05's have.
The thing is, it's quite difficult to say whether even I prefer the HT05 let alone whether others will, especially as they may be looking for something different from a set of earbuds. In terms of comfort, I prefer the Air4 Pro, and call quality is probably better too. The HT05 sound more Harman-like than the Air4 Pro - I wouldn't say that's better or worse, just a different tuning. ANC is definitely stronger on the Air4 Pro, but the QCY app is better and the level of customisation is preferable. Battery is better on the HT05 but no quick charge on either. So it's horses for courses really. I think for a lot of us reviewers we would love to do comparisons but it would make my reviews even longer, especially as I include stuff like frequency response measurements and longer call tests in different scenarios that other reviewers don't really do. Perhaps I'll do a comparison video soon - I take your point it would help inform purchases, I just have to make my own mind up what I prefer myself first 🤣 Thanks for the feedback and for watching! 🙌

I have a question regarding a seemingly unknown earbud in western countries, which seem to be a good overall package and quite popular in India (don’t ask me why 😅). It‘s the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro, had you any contact with these or are you eventually planning on testing them?
I tried several ear buds but nothing was ever comfortable in my ears. I never found the right fit. Are these comfortable? Which of the under $100 ear buds has the best fit in your opinion?
For me, I find the Air4 Pro is pretty comfy. I don't really feel them in my ears, and they don't make my ears start to ache, BUT fit is very subjective - we all have slightly different shape ears so what suits me may not suit you. Which models have you tried so far? The Air4 Pro has a medium insertion with a small diameter nozzle. I find this fit is more stable than something like Apple Airpods Pro, Huawei FreeBuds Pro, 1More Q30 or FIIL CC Pro, for example, which have larger diameter nozzles and much shallower fit (filling the space around your concha instead of going into your ear canal). If you can work out which style suits you best and why, and which style doesn't and why not, that will make it much easier to work out whether they would be comfortable or not.
@@ReganCipher Thanks, I didn't see your answer till now. I tried life P2, Liberty 4 NC (that are ery hard to fit ear tip replacements for) and I'm sure I forgot a few. Is Soundpeats in general worth it? I'm hearing a couple of news from facebook groups that some are having problems with one earbud getting broken at a short time span.
Personally I've never had a problem with any Soundpeats set. If you look on Reddit for this type of complaint you could probably find it for every brand that sells a few units. One bud separating connection from the other is probably the most common fault with TWS and there's a number of reasons why it can happen - sometimes it's components or quality control, but often it's really basic stuff like earbud hygiene. Not cleaning the charge connectors can overload components and kill them a bit quicker. And generally we tend to care for budget items a little less than more premium ones. With any of these budget sets I guess you're taking a gamble but I look after mine and have never had any fail (other than a set of Huawei and Earfun Air Pro 3)

Should i buy realme buds air 5 pro or soundpeats air 4 pro???!?
Watch this - ua-cam.com/video/nA8SzBswW5w/v-deo.html - it compares both and includes ANC and sound samples so you can judge for yourself. Personally, I think RBA5P but maybe you might think differently
Hi bro, which better capsule 3 pro or air 4 on sound quality?
Capsule3 Pro is warmer and bassier, Air4 Pro is cleaner with less bass quantity and the tonal balance is a bit brighter. Both sound good, depends on your preference. I prefer Air4 Pro as I like my sound a bit more open. You can see the graphs here - regancipher.squig.link/?share=SoundPEATS_Capsule3_Pro,SoundPEATS_Air4_Pro
@@ReganCipher i have iem ew200 & kz dfi switch. Do you think air 4 pro is same sound signature with my iem? Also SQ is same?
@@hyemin6314 fairly similar to EW200 - regancipher.squig.link/?share=SoundPEATS_Air4_Pro,Simgot_EW200
Sub $100 TWS almost always lack a little in the technical performance compared to similarly-priced IEMs, but you have the benefit of convenience so it kinda balances out
@@ReganCipher thanks for the graph. I will look into it, idk which brand to choose earfun free pro 3 or soundpeats air 4 pro
@@hyemin6314 Soundpeats. The Earfun are way too bassy. No problem, enjoy!
Hello! Realme air 5 pro vs soundpeats air 4 pro... Which is better ? Thanks new subscriber
Thanks! I don't have the Buds Air 5 Pro yet.... Should be delivered any day soon. Review will come in January 👍👍
Does the noise cancellation beat the Anker Liberty 4NC?
I think the Soundcore is a bit stronger
Hello Bro please do TWS battle between Soundpeats Engine 4 VS Soundpeats Air 4 Pro
Thanks Bro
Engine4
✅ Better bass
✅ full touch controls
✅ Longer battery life
✅ LDAC
❌ No ANC
❌ Deeper fit
Air4 Pro
✅ Cleaner sound
✅ ANC & Transparency
✅ Better call quality
✅ Shallow fit is very comfortable
❌ Need Snapdragon Gen 2 phone to benefit from some of the features
❌ Weak battery life
I will definitely recommend Capsule 3 pro than all these:
*Liberty 4 nc
*Air 4
*Air 4 pro
*Engine 4 and also all other earbuds Becaus it is much better in calling quality also for music
What you like ??
Air4 Pro has the strongest ANC, then L4NC. Capsule3 Pro probably best for calls, then L4NC. For music, depends on your preferred tuning. Capsule3 Pro is good if you're more treble sensitive and like smooth vocals. Air4 Pro is the cleanest sounding, but also less bassy. L4NC is v-shaped, not so musical but more energetic with a bit of midbass bleed. So just come down to personal preference really
Hello Bro please rate 1 - 10 the call quality in indoor and outdoor using each of these TWS below :
✅ Soundcore Liberty 4 NC
✅ Audio Technica ATH SQ1TW
✅ Edifier W240TN
✅ Soundpeats Air 3 Deluxe
✅ Oppo Enco Buds 2
✅ JBL Wave 300
Thank you Brother
👍🙏
Sorry my friend, I've only tried 2 in that list 😭
@@ReganCipher Which TWS you tried in the past on my list above ?
@@FamiliOfficeDotCom Liberty 4NC and Air3 Deluxe HS. I'd probably score L4NC 7 and Air3 Deluxe HS 6
@@ReganCipher
Hello Bro Regan Cipher please rank #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 for Sound Quality Test (not call quality test) in indoor & outdoor and also do comfort test between :
✅ Soundpeats Mini
✅ Soundpeats Mini HS
✅ Soundpeats Mini Pro
✅ Soundpeats Mini Pro HS
✅ Soundpeats Air 3
✅ Soundpeats Air 3 Deluxe
✅ Soundpeats Air 3 Deluxe XS
#1 is the best
#7 is the worst
Thank you Brother
🙏👌👍
What do u think about it in comparison to... capsule 3 pro!!
I want u to compare both..in term of call quality,, LDAC support!!
In my concideration... capsule 3 pro has still better ANC then this...
I compared them a bit in the review. ANC is stronger on Air4 Pro. Sound is nicer on Air4 Pro. Call quality is about the same (you can compare the call samples, I recorded in the same locations). LDAC or AptX lossless doesn't really make much difference. Battery life is much better on Capsule3 Pro
I hate CVC. The noise-cancelling isn't good. Soundpeats should've gone with ENC or AI.
I should say that the coffee shop was much noisier than usual when I recorded this. I don't think they have much choice over using cVc unfortunately because it's a Qualcomm SOC - they can only use the technology permitted by the chipset 😔
Then I wish Qualcomm would upgrade the CVC technology & make it better.@@ReganCipher
Hey mate will these earbuds features like lossless audio work on iphone14 pro max
@yahyaabbasi6132 no, Android only 😭
first :)
Haha you know you've made it when someone gets in first :D Hope you enjoy the review!
