Thanks for the info on the mouthwash. I didn’t know about ph in the mouth. There’s a few things I eat that “bites” my mouth, I thought it was a spice or something. Maybe I don’t get as much tongue bite from tobacco as I thought. Thanks.
Chad, I too have to smoke filtered pipes due to tongue bite, from literally everything. It got so bad at one point I had to abandon my beloved English blends. Something, quite unexpectedly, lately that has changed my piping comfort is using crest whitening toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide in it. This has made a huge difference in the way my mouth handles smoke, now latakia doesn't bother me like it once was. Maybe this will help too!
Thanks we mouth sensitive guys need to keep in touch. Lol it can get miserable. I almost quit pipe smoking before trying filtered pipes. The microwave for 10 seconds is a big win also.
@@Griffin_pipes dry tobacco helps! I found that out when I purchased some La Brumeuse. That stuff was bone dry and is absolutely amazing to puff on because of it. I have started to set out my blends and let them dry especially any pressed blends.
Dont you just hate when trials come in groups... 🙄. I wish i could find Reiner Golden Flake. Its dekiciius but hard to find. I have a couple pipes labeled as family gifts after I'm gone. Heirloom memories. I dry a couple of my blends in the microwave. Get better soon. 🤠

You are so welcome. A lot of guys don't know about the acidity in certain tobaccos. I didn't for the longest time. A charcoal filter really helps to.
My wife said she has seen TheraBreath losgines at Walmart. I’m going to go look.
