Thanks for covering the function keys - did it come with the Tracking ON and OFF set up or did you have to program those in? Also, does the POWER function key do a "power down" of the AVKANS camera (which I assume) would put it in a "parked" location? If so that would be fantastic because otherwise just powering off the POE switch would leave the camera in whatever state it was in. (people seem to like seeing a room camera parked when it's not in use so they know it's not ON and looking at them 🙂

We just purchased a package with 3 AVKAN PTZ cameras and this joystick controller along with a switch. Before we purchased, we were told once it is set up the first time we DO NOT need an internet connection if we are at a meeting where one is not available. If someone from AVKANS can answer this definitively, we would appreciate it. Hopefully we did not make a big mistake with this purchase. Thanks.

Having constant networking issues with this controller.
Do you have to have internet connection to run a ptz camera? I'm working on a live even(s) setup with no internet options.
