- 🐟 🌙 This is a Super New Moon Guided Meditation for February 2023. This month the moon is in Pisces. We have a Super New Moon in Pisces on February 19 & 20th of this month and its a powerful time for Manifestations and realizing your dreams. This is a significant turning point and the New Moon energies are showing endings and beginnings. In Hindu tradition, it is also known as Shivratri. It is inviting us to have a dream and realize this dream. We are going from an energy of fixed to flexible energy, flowing, floating, inviting….It’s a great time to set things into motion and whenever we see Saturn coming into Pisces, these will become achievement points to help manifest. In this meditation, we will immerse ourselves in this new moon energy to manifest - from now until the next full moon. Use this as a turning point in our lives to start the new beginnings, live with a new perspective and renew ourselves, for the higher good, vibrating with the highest self. So with that intention, let’s begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

This was, as always, a stunning meditation! There is a group of us that meditate daily together online, and we always include your full and new moon and other meditations whenever you release them. I am sorry I haven`t written in a while to tell you how much we learn, love, and live for your meditations. These are such a gift to all of us seeking growth, awareness, awakening, peace, compassion, and more.
This meditation really touched many in our group for some particular reason.. more than usual. We are in agreement that we all need to repeat this meditation.

My first exposure to this mantra. To begin with, it may seem insignificant to most; however, To me… It is crucial did the voice the sound with the voice, the accent, the “all” Comforts me, it’s so important that I have deleted some of the Most sought after meditations because I couldn’t And I know this is hard, but I’m brutally honest. I will say the word on my mind, and that his stomach I cannot stomach the sound, and that in itself was enough to keep me from benefiting from many things I could have. And so the voice the voice is for me the sound of it, the pitch everything it belongs to me. It’s so important that it is soothing to my soul. Having said that and I have to add that I have Siri set so that she speaks English with a Hindu accent because I like it I always have (I love my Hindu Siri)
Thank you for the Paws giving us time after each affirmation nobody does that thank you for the whispers. I couldn’t believe that. It was exactly what I was looking for without even knowing it. Everything you did was right for me everything you said I resonated with 100% I connected with you telepathically I feel like I know you through your voice I can envision what you look like your eyes what you’re wearing your hands. You are kind. You are sweet. But most of all I feel in my heart you’re an empath. It is something I struggle with. I am a solitary OK I won’t put a title on it because there is no title. I just him a solitary “me”
End it to be an empath is to carry the burden of others pain, it’s not easy, Often times depleting me to the point of exhaustion. I can’t help myself. I care. I feel. I feel pain. Not my own. Of course that goes without Say. I only feel it when it’s available for me most of the time it’s for others. I feel Anguish, pain and suffering and I want to fix it and make it better. This is not intentional it’s just something I can’t help. The thing is that I do you make it better I make them feel better. It does make a difference in everyone’s life. Everyone walks away happy, and then the door closest behind me and no one sees the leftovers of me. I am happy to do it, but no one ever bothers to ask me how I am doing. Ever. Ever. Ever. They haven’t a clue At myself right behind closed doors. It has affected my health. It has affected my soul.
I decided to be selfish and let everyone go, so I can focus on me and get strong again. I have been searching and searching always without luck.
I thank you for giving me what I needed. Sometimes people don’t realize what a difference they make another’s lives, and I wanted you to know that you made a big difference in a woman’s life Full of pain and suffering by the very people who I have helped. I don’t do it to gain anything in return. It just makes me sad. The lack of humanity sometimes makes me very very sad. It makes me feel so lonely as if I don’t belong anywhere I can’t tell you what you’re short and I like that too because it was short. We all don’t have time that we would like to have to spend on meditations and mantras, but you gave me a little spark hope in a renewed sense of purpose and I thank you for that. I feel you are my friend.
