It looks like you have to use some similar control techniques driving this bike that you would use flying an RC airplane. Though it doesn't fly, similar to an airplane you have to plan ahead, and to keep it moving for it to stay upright. Plus also like an airplane, you can't stop, and put it reverse if you make a mistake.
Great to hear your thoughts about the pro moto. Looked like you were enjoying your self. Sucks for that guy that let you film him in action. Hopefully it was a cheap fix. Thanks for sharing Steve 👊💪👍
It is a lot of fun, I am ready to get it in the dirt; as good as it was where I drove I think a wide open space like some of the other places I usually drive my 1/5 scales it will do even better. That guy was totally cool! He knew full well he was going to break it; he just repeatedly was hitting the jump with as much speed as he could! The piece that broke is a common part called the front "crash structure"; it is inexpensive and easy to replace. RPM makes a new updated piece for that too. The guy was showing me other videos where he has jumped, with a record of something like 78 feet of distance. Totally insane!
thanks for watching Dave! If you have the space to run they are really a ton of fun. The whole thing that I keep coming back to is "It actually works!" After so many times we have seen RC motorcycles come out and they have never worked this thing is dang near perfect. It apparently has been a project that Losi has been working on for like 5 or 6 years.
I actually see this as the genesis for a whole new segment. They’ve shown it can work. Imagine a street bike! Or something like a bagger/cruiser. This can appeal to a whole new segment of hobbyists that have never been drawn to this sort of thing before. It’s really cool and fun to run.
I think it’s going to last an extremely long time Losi sales have EXPLODED on this and back orders have just started getting filled - I have all 3 for me the grandad for my son & grandson - whenever we go out to drive it draws a crowd - these are Attention Grabbers!!!

Thank you for watching!
Vitavon has Supermoto tires that are for the dirt rims. They also now had MX tires and real spoked rims.

It takes a lot of concentration you say. Ever fly an RC plane? That is intense.
Awesome Video, great review, still thinking about getting one.👍

You look like your in Utah… that’s where I am anyway always supporting my fellow rc enthusiasts.
I am in Utah!
Great video! Just ordered mine today. Curious to see how it compares to the China one I have which was around the same price.
Awesome! Thanks for watching. I’d definitely be interested to hear your take after a comparison.
There is no comparison. The Promoto is very well done.
Bonjour ou a tu trouvé le pull à mettre sur le personnage cordialement
It's a cool vehicle and seems to ride really nice and smooth, but I don't see this lasting on the market very long.
