@@froufou100 Hello there!! I am glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you so much for the suggestion, I will keep it in mind!!! Lighting small spaces can be tricky, but not impossible. The room where I filmed the typewriter scene is tiny and I used the same lights there, I just used a different light diffuser, the small you see in the bts scenes of the living room. I have this one by Aputure amzn.to/3SY1rQJ it works great in small rooms. It's also the one that comes with me when I travel. You can also get a C-stand, they are a bit expensive but it will be way easier to mount your lights creatively in small spaces.

Great video, as always! The line "Your reference is the highest form of video - movies" really made something click for me. I'm enjoying watching older films and trying to figure out how they made such great content with little equipment - I think it's helpful being a solo creator with limited kit. Watched French Connection last night, great film.
Great video and helpful information!! Can you make a in depth video on editing, especially how to make smooth cuts by using sound design (when to use sfx like risers, whooshes, impacts etc)
Great video! You definitely have a captivating way of teaching 👌🏾 have to ask, are you a prime or zoom lens shooter? If so which ones? I find myself wanting to use primes because of their weight and lowlight abilities (can’t forget the “cinematic” bokeh lol) but switching them out all the time can sometimes be a pain for the different storytelling shots. Curious about your choice!
Hey Noah, thanks buddy! Glad yo find it entertaining. I use mostly zooms for convenience. 16-35 canon f2.8 L II (for talking heads), 24-105 f4.0 L (most of the stuff I shoot outside), I also use a 50 prime f1.8 for detail shots. To be honest I barely use the 50 mil, when I want that creamy background I just get closer with my zoom at 35, f2.8 and get good results!
I love it! But I have so many questions. Since I need to make a video on my new job for marketing the properties. Is recording on the phone is okay for a start? As usual. I always look forward on your content, Robert!
