Yum. My Chinese friend made it and then my Taiwanese friend and I'm obsessed with it. Although I think they both use cornflour instead of gelatine.
I just finished mixing it together and letting it cool cant wait
How was it?
Anyone notice the heart at 1:36? 👀
Bruh 😑😐
awesome recipe!!
Wow looks soooo good!!! Need to buy some coconut milk and will make it
I tried your Recipe and added 1/8 tsp of salt in the mixer. Oh my goodness! Was it ever sooo salty. 😖 A pinch of salt would have been much better.
🤣🤣
Can i use agar agar instead of gelatin? How much quantity
Wisk sound eeeep! But it's an excellent video.
Ok
If it’s too salty, just don’t put it in.
Just home from work early how long would you say it takes to set ? I’m making it now.
At least 4 hours. I usually leave it in the fridge overnight 😊
Just kindly want to know if it is any kind of gelatine or not.
I used McKenzie's Gelatine Powder 😊
Why are u putting grams with sugar but tablespoon and tsp measurement in gelatine ?? Aargh I don’t know how many spoons that is in grams of sugar
I tried your Recipe and added 1/8 tsp of salt. On my goodness was it so salty. I end up Pouring Down the drain. 😖 A pinch of salt would have been better.
1/8 tsp of salt isn't far off from a pinch, and you can leave it out if you prefer. Let me know if you liked it better with less salt. Thanks for watching! 😊
I have an actual measurement 1/8 tsp spoon and compared it with my pinch of salt. Completely different in quality then what you told me. (1/8 tsp isn’t far off from a pinch) it makes a Huge difference” basic common sense. The more salt you add, it becomes more salty.😆
I suggest you try adding salt with the measurement of 1/8tsp spoon and taste it for yourself. Then you will know how salt it is.
Cheers.
I do use a 1/8 tsp measurement and it's always been fine for me, but I'll edit the recipe in the description for future viewers. Thanks for the feedback 😊
Specially if ur variety of salt is more saltier than hers, it can make big difference
@@SaraGhansar I came here to say the same thing. If the creator of the video used kosher salt (or something similar), and the whiner above used table salt (or something similar)... That would make for a tremendous difference in the saltiness.
I feel like unless it's explicitly said otherwise, every recipe online should be treated like kosher salt was used.
How long in fridge?
At least 4 hours. I usually leave it in the fridge overnight 😊
