We sat in the 4th row when we saw the Moody Blues, and it was absolutely Magical! You felt every note just vibrate through your entire body and when the Basson came in towards the end with those low notes, it was an out-of-body experience. There aren't words to describe the way they made you feel.
I've seen the Moodies more 18 times on concert over the years and they always sounded fantastic live. Justin and John are still touring solo. RIP Ray and Graeme - we miss you. I loved your reaction. The Moodies are fantastic. We were blessed with their music. So glad i was born in the right era.
This group was overshadowed by the Beatles back in the day so they didn't receive the notoriety they should have. To listen to the Moody Blue, here are my suggestions. Get into your quiet space, put on over-the-ear headphones, turn off all the lights, light up a couple candles, and sit in the most comfortable chair you have and just listen. After you have gone through an album, play it again to hear more you didn't hear the first time. Repeat the above as many times as it takes to appreciate some of the best music of the 60s and 70s.
Your reactions Veli... I simply love every single one. Period. I haven't found any other reactors that I was taken with in years. But now I have you. I can only pray that you will be around for a very long time. I mean that with heart. Your insight and feelings are so true. I am in love with music, my passion. You bring more to it with your heart felt words and actions. Thank you for this song. ❤ Looking forward to the next!💜🎶💯🌹
I think it is the lyrics of I LOVE YOU sung in perfect harmony with the cords. That bring and draw everyone into the performance. Rightfully so as well. So glad he wants to share this video.
David. Personal question. Does the name Frank mean anything to you? Apologies for sounding creepy. This would be weird to find someone in the vast inter webs I actually know
with over 200 songs, every one a musical journey. the 1st 7 of their 16 studio albums are considered concept albums and should be listened to end to end
One of the earliest progressive rock bands to come out of Great Britain. And the best. Lead singer Justin Hayward has a unique one of a kind voice. I hope you check out more of their music. I suggest The Voice and I'm A Singer In A Rock and Roll Band.
This is the end song from the Moody Blues album "Days of Future Past". The songs flow together and are about one day. Even though it's too long to do a reaction here, it's wonderful to listen to it when you can go through the whole thing all at once, undisturbed. The songs in order are: #1. The Day Begins. #2 Dawn: Dawn Is A Feeling #3 Morning: Another Morning #4. Lunch Break: Peak Hour #5 The Afternoon: Forever Afternoon (Tuesday?) / (Evening) Time To Get Away #6. Evening: The Sun Set / Twilight Time #7. The Night: Nights In White Satin
Moody Blues have some amazing songs. Please lesson to some amazing piano music by Ludovico Einaudi called Diviner. Rhe hole album is incredible if you like piano. Dont have to do it here but by yourself. Well change you Im sure. Kick back in a chair and dim the lights and enjoy
That song is the climax of the album Days Of Future Past. If you liked it you should listen to the album. You don't listen to it you experience it. Yes it starts slow and builds to what you just heard. But you really need the whole story. Why you didn't know it it is from 67. And even that concert was probably before you were born. Modern music over shadows it not because of quality but because it is the only thing heard.
Great reaction! Here are some suggestions: "Still Lovin' You" by the Scorpions (German band) ua-cam.com/video/PvhVWQRRrfQ/v-deo.html "Feeling Stronger" by Chicago ua-cam.com/video/LXNjzYsfErA/v-deo.html
65 yrs old and grew up on this music. Some of these older songs are the best you will ever hear.

They have a run of seven albums in a row that are incredible. Listen to them all. You will be amazed.
best live version, studio version has the spoken word in it
If you like this you will like 'Procul Harum' with the Danish Orchestra singing 'Whiter Shade of Pale'.
Stunning performance, it gives you goosebumps.
Justin Hayward the lead singer apparently wrote this when he was just 18. The 'Moodies' were pioneers of symphonic prog.

You would love, Gary Booker singing a Lighter shade of pale, its amazing
Whiter Shade of Pale.
Try listening to The Moody Blues song QUESTION.
Find a version without an orchestra to get Justin's normal and incredible finish. The DVD 'Lovely To See You' might be one.
Great reaction.
Great reaction video
Check out their deeply introspective songs Tuesday Afternoon and Question for more of the same powerful magic.
Listen to the entire album then do a video about the album and pick out certain parts of songs,
Came out in 1967.

Do a def leppard song. You'll love it ❤
I want you to go back and re-search the media blues. And as most of this music, I can listen to it and get high all on my own just listening.
Another to try, Sam Cooke “Chain gang”

Sorry I took so long to enjoy your wonderful reaction to this great work.
