PopRak is pretty cool, but will an AC unit really be able to operate at that angle to cool the upper area as he mentioned? I don't think so, but will wait for somebody that knows.
I'd say not very good from the looks of it. The top hard shell part is made with a plastic honeycomb (brand names Nida-Core, Plascore if you're interested in more info on the material)The honeycomb cells are basically dead air space so it does have some insulative value but it's not very thick so I'd guess R2 at best. As a boat builder, I've got a lot of experience with the material. I like it for what it is but it's not sold as an insulation product. The sides appear to be just fabric so next to nothing (like any tent). Bottom line - crank up the heater! 😁
Having done a lot of 4wheeling in my past that is just a Dana 60 set up for a Sprinter. Not that that is bad, but not really anything new. They are likely made by Dynatrac or some other large aftermarket axle builder.
PopRack needs to learn how solar panels work. Covering up your panels with recovery boards (well anything for that matter) is a big no-no and can take your solar input to zero (this obviously depends on the panels bypass diode configuration).
Thanks a lot for sharing. You guys in the US have so much very cool gear for theSprinter - we don’t have that in Europe … 😮
Love both of the big screens!!!
The Pop Rack is a great idea, but $10K ???
Seems a little steep to me.
That Pop Rack looks like a much welcome needed product.
Do they plan for a design to fit older Econoline?
Pop rak for sure! Looking forward to what’s coming out from Super Pacific also
Lockers!!!!😁
Definitely the subwoofer. That is so necessary! Thanks for sharing
As a vanlifer in the UK this is like a dream :)
Thanks for doing these videos, as it's nice to see what we missed!
2wd drive locker rear axle 👌
My ‘71 VW Westfalia came stock with pop rack. Not queen size though…..😎

Awesome job as always thanks
Pop rack, genius. Would like to know it’s thermal qualities for colder climes as one picture was featured in snow.

I like that it is the installed price on pop rack
Where can I buy a Vanland shirt like that?
We head back this May 11-12 2024!
What a blast it was!
PopRak rocks!
Like the locker. If that changes rear axle do they also offer the parts needed to change the front wheel gear ratio on a 4x4 Sprinter?

Rear door bug screen has no shipping to Europe. What a bummer, really wanted to buy.
Install a top tent costs 14000 euro unfortunately in My country a top rack would be more expensive

Uh it's a demonstration photo of everything the rack can hold. Don't overthink it...
pop rak needs spoiler, big air drag.
I love you
Pop rack $10k ???? Pass.
Love me a good bug screen! 🐞🐜🪲
